List of Chop Urgent Care Bucks County's Reviews
Waste of time and money. I was there for my daughter who had a rash that I had never seen before and all the doctor did was argue with me about how CVS runs. I told her they take forever to fill precribtions. She strongly disagrees.
We were referred here after hours by the primary pediatrician due to the urgency of my daughter’s condition. And wow, what a terrible operation. It looked promising enough. Clean facility, spacious waiting room, seemingly low number of patients. But we waited for about an hour and a half to even be seen. This was at night with a toddler. The rate at which patients were seen was terrible and there seemed to be no urgency. When we did get to the room to see the doctor, the staff was having a long non-work conversation and we were just sitting there losing patience. I’ll avoid this office at all costs next time
This place is an absolute joke! How can we put the care of our children in the hands of this facility. When CHOP is booked up they literally send your sick child to this Urgent care instead, only to be told you have to wait HOURS to be seen but can't even sit in their facility! Then when you eventually get to see a doctor/PA they tell you to take your child home (without any additional suggestions or care provided) and to take them to the ER if they decline or deteriorate further. The kicker was they were unable to see inside my child's ear so I was told to return to the pediatrician to have his ears checked if he still has a fever in a few days!! Ever since Covid good Healthcare and customer service are apparently a luxury.
Called to check if we could be seen for a broken finger no one answers so we drive from Feasterville to Jenkintown and we are sent away with 3 families in the waiting room. The doctor said no more patients. Our insurance is only accepted here so now we leave with nothing. Do better St Chris this is ridiculous!!!
We brought my 2 year old son here when he fell and got a gash on his chin. The doctor and nurses were fantastic, but we waited almost 2 1/2 hours to be seen. Clearly the staff is doing their best and trying to deal with staffing shortages. Besides the delay, they did an amazing job treating my very feisty kid.
I haven’t even been seen yet, but the two chicks at the front desk are extremely rude. When you come in, you’re expected to automatically know that you have to sign in on a clipboard. Prepare for some attitude and lack of eye contact. My daughter is very sick and needs to be seen, but I was banished to my car to wait.
Great experience today. After 2 visits to our PCP and needing IM Rocephin which our provider does not carry, We had no issues at all. Wait time was about 15 minutes, Dr. Sethi was an absolute joy and pleasure to work with.
They need to add more doctors. When you get there 30 minutes after they open and there is 6 or so people before you and the wait is 2 hours, it is not somewhere to go when you need urgent care. Especially with a child. How do you expect a toddler to sit there for 2 hours especially with sick kids in the same waiting room.
We arrived 10 minutes before closing. As I read all the negative reviews online on the way there, I half expected to be turned away. In actuality, our visit was very positive. The only negative was that there wasn't any specific urgent care signage (FYI it's located in the Specialty Care building); we found it because it was the only building with cars coming and going. We were immediately greeted by a receptionist and only had to wait 10 minutes before getting called back; we noted that they did keep the doors unlocked until 8pm. The RN and DO were both so kind and patient and took their time reviewing our son's extensive medical history before diagnosing him and administering medication. We apologized for being "those people" who show up right before close, and the DO waved it off and assured us we did the right thing so that our son could receive care. We were in and out within an hour, with 50 of those minutes spent with a provider.
Fortunately it was our best experience. I was very skeptic, when we decided to came to this urgent care. A lot of people have already wrote about a long waiting time, but we were really lucky. We came on Saturday at 10 a.m. and we were the second on the line. The staff were very polite. Moreover we have waited nurses and our doctor only 5 minutes in the examination room. Additionally the staff offered us between procedures some snacks for our toddler, it was very nice. Thanks for the best and quick service. Highly recommended.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
