Dr Ikonomi was attentive to hearing about current and ongoing issues. Her demeanor was calming as she explained the treatment plan options. The treatment and ongoing recommendations are working, and my condition is better. In short...Dr Ikonomi is very understanding and listens.

I wasn't the patient, my mother was; I will translate her comments to english. We had our first visit today, and they had the necessary infrastructure to immediately get her medical records. She actually explained everything from the ultrasounds that were done a day prior before my our primary care provider did, even though we were completely new to Dr. Ikonomi and we had the same primary for a few years now and he was the one who requested the ultrasounds. They also had great dillegence in getting my mother's blood tests done from our primary care office, and Dr. Ikonomi explained it very well. My mother feels very comfortable with her and her bedside manner and says that she has clear intelligence. I myself 100% agree with her. Everything Dr. Ikonomi recommend for us, she took the time to explain well how we should go about doing it, when to do it, etc. Her office staff are also very friendly, which is always welcoming for new patients like my mom. She has our fullest recommendation.

Excellent. I felt that Doctor Ikonomi recognized that my health situation is complex. She seemed to carefully review the best approach to be taken for my colonoscopy considering several important health issues.

I arrived at the appointment feeling nervous and somewhat cynical about meeting the doc who would perform my first colonoscopy. Upon meeting dr ikonomi, my anxiety and negativity instantly dissolved. She treated me with respect, and afforded me the time I needed as she patiently described the procedure and provided full answers to my questions. Excellent bedside manner; obvious intelligence. I would recommend this doctor without reservation— but bear in mind this recommendation is based upon the first meeting, not the reflection of the procedure.
