List of Penn Neurology Chalfont's Reviews
Always had a great positive medical visit here.Dr Feldman is kind and knowlegeable about my condition and also the newest treatments. Never had a problem with any appointments and the receptionist are always great at this office.
I have been going to Dr. Whitcomb and Dr. Feldman for years. I have rarely had a negative experience with the office. But when i called this morning (monday 1/9/23), i was hung up on as soon as coming off hold, and when i reached the receptionist, she continued to talk over me and said "okay ill cancel your appointment bye" and hung up on me mid sentence. Very frustrating, not the end of the world, but working in healthcare myself thats extremely off putting and I will be finding a new office.
I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes and it’s now 30 minutes past my appointment time. A gentleman was just taken back who showed up after me with an appointment for the same doctor. It’s pretty Insulting to be treated like me and my time are unimportant
It is a very nice place.
Horrible guys, never visit this place. Appointment was scheduled after a month. When we went there the clerk said that the appointment was cancelled. Their explanation was left a message and was not confirmed by me. I check my voice mail every day but no messages from them. . Waiting for a month to seek an appointment and cancelled when we went there . I never wanted to visit this place again. I will give a negative star.
My primary doctor (and my PT Vestibular Therapist) wanted me to follow up with a neurologist for a neurological evaluation due to continuing symptoms due to a severe concussion on 10/14/2020. My family doctor highly recommended Dr. Feldman or anyone in Feldman’s office . When I called on 10/30/2020 and explained my family doctor and physical therapist wanted me to have an evaluation, especially for continuing balance ( fell once on 10/29, and almost fell again on 10/30)& dizziness, vision and headache concerns, I was informed that there earliest appointments they were booking were not until February of 2021, unacceptable when a primary doctor wants you evaluated by a neurologist due to a recent concussion . I understand delays for specialists, especially just generic neurology appointments , but not for ongoing symptoms of concern In addition , the receptionist seemed bothered that I had called and didn’t seem at all concerned about a doctor referring me to them . I call back my primary doctor, who was surprised I would have to wait four months to be seen . He gave me two other recommendations With his recommendations I found compassionate and helpful staff at the next recommendation and have an appointment on 11/12/2020, only two weeks away . I would not recommend Dr. Feldman’s office, Penn Neurological if you have an immediate concern following a concussion.
I called for a prescription refill yesterday and they were able to get me in to see the doctor, Ryan Whitcomb, that day. I was in and out of the office without waiting. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Ryan to anyone suffering from migraines!
My daughter sees Dr. Wang she is professional, caring and understanding. She knew exactly what was going on with her. Dr. Wang explained everything to her and what she needed. I have my daughter back. Thank you so much Dr. Wang as far as the office goes both locations were very nice and professional. Thank You JR
First visit I had left sided weakness and was going through an event that seemed like a stroke. Was scheduled for 2 days of EMGS. On lower extremity day the tech did the nerve conduction on my legs. I had no shoes, socks or pants on just a paper sheet. Dr. Feldman comes in and does the EMG of my ARMS. Had many other issues and am not at all happy with how I was treated by this doctor and practice. Insurance company sent me a copy of notes Dr. Feldman wrote in my chart when I appealed denial of an MRI. She trashed me and most of her notes were totally inaccurate. Another doctor I saw after was very upset about what Dr Feldman said in the notes and doesn't even know that I have read them. When she messed my EMG up, that I still have to pay for and is inaccurate, I was told she was having a bad week. Well her notes represent my visits over weeks and are so very inaccurate that I don't think she was just having a bad week. Also HIPPA violation with staff. Update: Feldman send me for a sleep study. I had it in early July. Her office called and said it was positive for obstructive sleep apnea and to go see someone for it. I asked who do I contact and the woman said I don't know I guess where you had the sleep study, but we don't need to see you back here. 6 calls later and I found where I needed to go. Had an appointment with sleep doctor weeks ago and cpap is on its way. Get a call this past 8/14/18 week from the sleep center where I had my sleep study in early July. They said Dr Feldman ordered another sleep study. At this point I have my sleep doctor and have been dismissed by Penn Neurology but now we have mass confusion. The sleep center said they will call to find out what's going on and I also give them my sleep doctors info. I Call my sleep doctors office and am told this doesn't make any sense as my cpap has already been ordered. In the mean time my other doctors are telling me I need to see a neurologist asap as I am still having issues including left sided weakness, speech issues and cognitive issues. I have a lot more to say but we will just leave it at that. I really wish I could give 0 stars for incompetence and unprofessionalism.
I can't speak to how efficiently the office is run because the doctor accommodated me with off hour appointments and there was no staff there other than the doctor at the time of the three appointments where I went. The doctor was very professional, thorough, and had a good way about him. My insurance does not require referrals and I found this doctor on my own. When I returned to my primary care physician to discuss my visit with this office they were pleased I had gone to this particular doctor and commented on their good reputation.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
