Dr. Haeckler's office is so poorly run. She is always behind schedule. Today was the last straw when I called before my appointment to see if she was on time and I was told if I wasn't there at my appointment time it would be a no show. When I arrived prior to my appointment, I was told she was running TWO HOURS behind. My only options were to wait (you can't leave and come back) or cancel. Never again.

Have been going to her for over 10 years. She genuinely cares for her patients and their wellbeing. Although it does take a longer time to be seen by her, it is 100% worth the wait.

Extremely long wait every single time but she’s well worth it! Dr. Haeckler takes her time with you and you can tell she genuinely cares about your wellbeing. I wish I could put 4.5 stars (only for the wait time) but I’ll round it up to 5 anyway.

I have been seeing Dr. Heckler for years. She is professionsl, intelligent, and caring. She doesn't rush you out the door. Because she takes her time with each patient be prepared to wait at your appointment. She is usually running behind. I don't mind because she addresses my concerns. Nurses and staff have been professional as well.

Dr. Haeckler is one of the best family doctors I've ever had! She listens, cares, is sensitive, positive, kind, and thorough. She does tests and referrals when necessary. She may be running late at times (I see her within 15 to 45 minutes), but I'll wait to see her anytime because she's the best. She runs late to spend extra time with people, and that includes me. Even if I'm her last patient of the day she treats me as though I'm her first patient of the day.
