This Dr. Owens has the Jeckle and Hyde syndrome. One time he is a decent Dr. the next visit, he turns into the most arrogant SOB you ever met. Be prepared to be ignored on what you try to explain to him, all the while treated like your an infant. All this and you get to pay him for his services!!!??????

Rude, impatient, arrogant. Thinks he is more knowledgeable than some specialists. He does not actually 'hear' what you are trying to convey to him and goes on with his preconceived agenda. Never have I been treated by any other professional in the manner I was treated by Dr. Owens. Will not recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Owens is one of those old school Dr's. yes at first he can come across as maybe rude or brash. But, once you get to know him and he gets to know you. You soon get comfortable with him and see that he is a straight shooter, not trying to BS you. He will tell you the good, bad and ugly, in matter of fact terms, so to speak. But rest assured, he is genuine and DOES care. After Dr. Orange went out of practicing, i thought I wouldn't find another family dr, i trusted. Glad i went to him!!

RUDE, and strange. He half listened to my problem, and then at the end of my visit, said, "So, what's wrong with your husband?". HUH? We didn't even talk about my husband. Weird, sexist comment. Should NOT be "practicing" medicine...heads up Keystone Health!

Dr. Owens has been my family doctor now for over a year. I chose him after seeing how he dealt with clients I used to bring in to see him. Dr, Owens is direct and honest. He listens and works to solve the problem. I would and have recommended him to friends and family.

Dr Owens is rude and unable to listen to patients concerns. I have never been treated so horrible in my life by any other health care provider. He did not take his time and stared at the computer screen while looking at me out of the corner of his eye while I was trying to talk to him. He talked down to me about my issue and focused solely on my weight. Complete waste of time and money and I will never go back to him. I plan to write him a letter since I was so upset and left his office in tears

Dr. Owens is a very patient & understanding doctor he has been my family's doctor for the past 5 years I will miss him when I move & hope my next family doctor is as patient & understanding as he was

I HAD THE PRIVELEDGE OF DEALING WITH THIS DOCTOR WHEN HE CALLED THE LAB THAT I WORK AT. HE WAS VERY NASTY AND TRIED TO BELITTLE ME LIKE I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. I WOULD NEVER GO TO HIM AND I DEAL WITH ALOT OF PEOPLE IN MY PROFESSION. I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL THEM ALL ABOUT HIS PROFESSIONAL "ATTITUDE".
