List of Keystone Infectious Diseases's Reviews
Dr Francis & his whole office took wonderful care of me. He removed a tick from area just below my eyelid & ordered blood labs & antibiotics. He has a great bedside manor & embraces all your worries & questions. Special thank you to him & all the girls working by his side.
My experience with Keystone Infectious disease was a really good experience as I never needed them before. They were there in my time of need and no real words can express the gratitude for that. Also and probably most importantly is the knowledge of how/with what and when a person needs them. I thank them
It was good
My wife was very pleased with the entire staff. Very friendly and helpful
The entire staff was helpful, friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed.
It's very very hard to get rid of my C Diff wish they knew more knowledge than a hospital procedure option
It's pretty freaking evident that these doctors know NOTHING about Lyme Disease, nor do they care to test for coinfections even if it could give you peace of mind. Don't waste your time coming here if you've been diagnosed with Lyme.
Very efficient service. The Dr., The nurse and the receptionist were very pleasant and professional. I'd highly recommend them
Communication is horrible, you have to leave a message with a nurse to make an appointment, or to talk to someone. I work night shift, so I leave a message, either no one returns the message or they call me while I'm sleeping and I miss the call, and of course they don't leave the info I needed to know on the voice mail. They ordered a liver panel, I did it 2 weeks ago, still haven't had anyone call me about it. Here's a tip, get a receptionist like every other doctors office has, I don't have time for phone tag in my life!
Be careful, they make simply mistakes even writing prescriptions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
