Dr. Joseph Devlin is the best! Very professional and helpful...and kind. Male nurse was also pleasant and professional. Come here before you go to those awful Wellspan Urgent (ha) Care's.

Had to wait 2 HOURS just to have a TB test result read, which only takes seconds for a nurse to glance at & sign a paper. Office wasn't even busy, only 4 people in the waiting room. Ridiculous.

this was a walk-in appointment on a Saturday evening. My wait was not more than 10 minutes and was seen by the nurse. After A COVID test was done (optional) I waited about 15 - 20 minutes until results came back (negative). Doctor saw me and provided Sent 2 scripts to pharmacy and I left. Considering this was a weekend I was completely satisfied with the service.

Went in for my DOT and the doctor was rude and treated me like a bum after I paid for my exam he refused to give me my permit because I told him he was acting like a little girl. Not worth dealing with as holes like this.

I set a appointment for 12:30 and not seen still 2:15. For an sports physical. Well not return again.

I went in with a painful, itchy contact skin rash, clearly suffering. Was asked what pharmacy I use, and I said "I don't care as long as it's open!" They sent my Rx to WalMart, which had ALREADY been closed an hour earlier, which I discovered when I drove there. By that time the urgent care was also closed. I sat in a chair and cried. A little attention to detail, a little more compassion and care for your patient, rather than just doing your job checking boxes, goes a long way. If you go to this facility, double check everything!

I went to have bloodwork done for my place of employment on 6/19/23. The nurse that took my blood was very friendly (unlike the receptionist at the front desk) and told me the results should be back in 3 days. I called on 6/26 (a week later) and was told the doctor would call me with the results when they receive them, the lady on the phone wouldn't even look to see if there were any results in the system. My HR department called and they told her to call the lab. I called the lab and they didn't have any record of me under my name, SS# or my place of employment. So, the bloodwork was lost. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone.
