I feel awful for writing this due to the fact that I love our nurse practitioner that sees us. Absolutely no complaints with her but I think I may have a had one positive interaction with the office staff in my adult life. They treat you like you’re such a burden to them regardless of the situation. No urgency, no bedside manner. I work in the medical field and deal with the public on a daily basis and I would never make one feel that way, especially when a person or persons loved ones are ill or not feeling well. I think better training on patient service would do a lot for their practice!

My mom has been going to this office since DeRienzo Sr. was attending patients and we have been so happy with her care. The staff and doctor are professional and caring.

I used to love this office and our dr. He has seen my whole family for years. Since covid they refuse to any patient that is sick. Even if they have tested negative for covid. What is the point of being a dr if you arent going to help people or see sick patients? They do offer telehealth appointments but how do you diagnose an ear infection over the phone or listen to someones chest to determine if they have Pneumonia or not? My son and I are currently both sick, covid negative and still cant see our dr. My son has a kidney disease and absolutely needs to see his dr and not over the phone, yet here being turned away. Healthcare isnt about health anymore and im really sad to have to find a new dr for myself and my family.

I've been going to this practice for fourty years and feel very comfortable with them. I've never had a long wait and they have never been rude with me.

The reception staff are always so rude whether you’re there in person or over the phone. They’re also charge $100-$150 for a visit which is outrageous, especially given the substandard care they give. It also should be made known this is a doctor for the elderly. The waiting room had people 60 and above, never anyone younger. Which is fine, but know how to care for all age groups at least. With everything I’ve gone in for, I’ve been given care instructions that are for for an 88 year old, not a 28 year old.
