I always had a good experience here in the 15+ years I went to Dr. Fish. I've since moved, and realize just how great it was. Dr. Fish always took the time to explain all the results and what I need to watch out for. The office staff always explained whether some of the special tests would be covered and by which insurance.

Extremely upset and disappointed with this practice. They are rude, plain and simple. If you have a question about your care, they take it personally and behave as though you've offended them. It's a really troubling dynamic. One worker blamed it on Dr. Fish's thyroid issue? Another said it all depended on how his relationship with a coworker was faring. Either way, I tried...because at times, it was a good experience. But, overall, this place is just a pretty facade hiding dysfunctional egotistical attitudes.

Dr. Fish is friendly, however, is front office staff is not. They sent me a reminder card in the mail to come in for an annual eye exam. They did not verify my insurance. Had me come in and then charged me $300 for the exam. Only because I complained they reduced it to $175. No one in the office spoke to me or told me that my insurance wouldn't cover the exam for another 3 months. Instead, they scheduled me and charged me for an appointment I didn't need. The lady in the eye glass fitting exam is also VERY rude. She will not allow you to come in and look at the new glasses and browse. She tells you that you must schedule a fitting. She follows you arounnd in the small space and goes out of her way to make you feel unwelcomed and she repeatedly teslls you to come back with an appointment. WORST SERVICE EVER
