This office is terrible I’ve been trying to get seen for months

I had an appt on 2/23/22 and it was cancelled the day before because the doctor was going on vacation. I was told to call back on 3/15 as “the book” for next appts would be out. Called on 3/15 and was told “the book” came out on 3/14 and all the appts are already taken for Apr/May!!! In 24 hours…”.they fill up fast” I was told. Such an insult to peoples intelligence. As if I have nothing better to do then keep trying to get an appointment! The phone staff are rude, office staff indifferent. Yes, Dr. Rodriguez is a nice doctor, but the scheduling staff is horrid.

The Doctor is WONDERFUL. The front desk...who is the 1st experience you have with the Practice, is RUDE and Put my post parrum daughter at risk...then made my other daughter....who was going there for the 1st time and got lost trying to find it...CRY. SO SAD THAT SUCH A WONDERFUL DOCTOR HAS THE OPPOSITE FOR RECEPTION

I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez. After going to three specialist in her area over the course of 7 years, searching for answers to my symptoms, I finally felt heard and listened to. She did all she could and beyond to help get to the bottom of what was going on. She gave me more information on the specific problems I had than anyone in this specialty has before going to her. She called me with results, responded to my phone calls, and, was open and understanding of my questions and concerns.

I've been with Dr. Rodriguez for many years she's delivered two of my babies. Dr. Rodriguez is NOT a gushy emotional doctor, but she is sensitive to what you're going through. She's very right brain. My Dad is a lot like that (engineer), so I relate to her. She's thorough and that makes up for any emotional 'hand holding'. I had a lot of anxiety with my c-sections, but once she was in the room, I knew she would take care of business. Her nurse is AMAZING. The sweetest thing on earth. She makes up for the emotional side of Dr. Rod. The girls at check out are really nice. If a heavy set Hispanic lady takes your blood, say hi. I was actually scared of her at first, but she ended up being sarcastic/funny. You never feel the needle with her, so I hope you get her!!

Staff was horrid and unfiendly. Dr Rodriguez's nurse was the only nice person I met while there. A of the staff were gathered in an office right off the waiting room, one was talking pretty loudly about how she put another co worker in their place. The gal who drew my blood was RUDE- after she drew it she said "you can GO now"- Dr Rodriguez- was very "steril" and medical but thorough. I will not be returning. My other dr is pretty far south -but after this worth the drive.
