Do your research before surgery, try your best not to have this company Associates in Anesthesia do anything for you. They were involved in my surgery... Needless to say, I never received a bill or contact from them of any kind.. Then sent my bill into collections, i called them, they said they sent several "bills", got that all straight.. Started paying off the balance, this month I didn't pay at my usual time.. They sent me into collections.. Yet again... Its in dispute right now, sent them another email, so we'll see what happens, who ever runs their billing department should be fired for screwing up peoples credit. Stay far away, this company is very greedy and unorganized, can't wait to be done with them.

incompetent. they messed up the billing and then blamed us for it, even though the insurance told them they were at fault.

My experience has to do with getting a bill from Anesthesia claiming I have a balance due of $875.00. Procedure done in July 2014- summary of charges--7/28 billed my insurance---7/29 billed my insurance 9/12--billed again---12/12/14--no insurance payment--12/12/14--no coverage--- My insurance Total bill: $875---discount amount--$385.00 (PPO) discount applied --$490-balance paid by plan-- which was paid on 8/25/2014-----I OWE NADA! (NOTHING) get your billing records straighten out!! as far as service at the hospital I'm OK with that!!
