My husband was having seizures and was rushed to Crozer. He has stage 4 Colorectal Cancer and his cancer metastatitsized to his brain and he had a brain tumor. It was a total surprise. I was a little nervous about him going to Crozer. But there GNI department is top notch! He had better treatment than any of the big name Philly hospitals and we have been to Penn and Jefferson.. .Every single member of their staff from housekeeping to physicians is A+. My husband had brain surgery last Monday and he is home right now in perfect health watching March Madness!

I wish I could leave a review about the practice but I can't get through. I've held for a total of 4 hrs..I just put the phone down so I could hear it<br>How is anyone supposed to make an appointment

Still not answering phones/ On hold now for 2 and 1/2 hours currently. Can't make an appt. if they don't answer phones.

I wish they would answer their phone in a timely manner. And you can't leave a message in the box because it is full, so it dumps your call. Very long hold queues, after 2-3 hours you just have to give up.

My dad had surgery a few weeks ago and we called to schedule his 2 week appt a few days before his discharge. Before he was even out of the hospital he had a few messages about canceling his 2 week about if he didn't get studies done, I called it took forever to get through to some one the woman was nice sounded like confused and said she wasn't going to cancel his appt. Not 2 hrs later this Daniella girl leaves a message saying she's going to cancel my fathers appt if we don't have studies done like he has staples him his head! So much back and fourth that we ended up taking him to the ER to get them out at Jefferson they have us a referral to one of their doctors and we are not going back . you people were really going to leave my father with staples in his head over studies he didn't need.
