I will never go to anyone else ever again. Kim is so nice, very gentile, a wonderful doctor. The way an OB/GYN does a pap with the speculum is key. No problems what-so-ever. Wonderful lady!!!

This review is not specifically about Dr. Arkebauer herself, since her front office is so very mismanaged that I was not successful in having her services rendered. Unfortunately I do not have enough character space available in this review to outline the series of supremely negligent actions committed by her office; but please heed my warning - working with, or attempting to work with her office is a SUPREME waste of time, money, and energy. So much so the absolute inconveniences imposed on me by Dr. Arkebauer's office staff - and obvious incompetence and/or lack of procedural discipline - can only be described as 'offensive.' I know that most medical offices, specifically Gynecology & Obstetrics, are experiencing great staffing and availability challenges post covid, but I strongly recommend that you skip over this office and move on to the next option, if you have one available. It will only save you time, money, and sanity in the end.
