Medexpress Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Went into the reception area. Nobody seemingly behind the counter. Waited. Very odd, as usually, we were greeted professionally. Finally I see a figure off to the side. Partially hidden. So I helped myself to the seat to register. The woman had been on her cell phone. Ok whatever. Trying to hide. Just get me in please. Came here bc it's usually efficient. She goes on to other tasks and leaves me sitting lol...ok so she isn't a 10 at multi tasking. When she finally gets to me she rudely starts her scripted welcome. Meanwhile the whole time looking at her phone. I finally asked "Guess that private call must be pretty important??" She says yep and meanwhile she's struggling to even register me bc she's all involved in her phone! I've NEVER seen ANYTHING SO UNPROFESSIONAL 🤷. I've enclosed a pic of her phone to verify facts. I know my reviews are seen by 1000's. So there you have it. This place was horrible

Worst I’ve ever been to- not due to the front staff or anything but due to to the doctor himself. Glad they collect that paycheck to act annoyed and agitated and not even pretend to care. Like how dare someone come in there and have concerns about their health and waste his time. Absolute waste of mine and my family’s time. The doctor was rude and not helpful in any way. Could of got better care from a random person pulled off the street. At least pretend. Not recommended to my worst enemy.

Was there for random DOT test. This test can be quick or take up to 3 hours which I did not know. The receptionist was very good. The young man who did the work for the lab was great.. I arrived @ 5:35 - 8 o’clock rolls around and Lori S who was talking at the desk about me butts in and never even made eye contact. She proceeded to tell me she was there since 7:30 am, my comment sometimes that happens at my work. She should not work with the public!! VERY RUDE. 3 stars for receptionist and lab tech zero stars for Lori

Came in for a script for antibiotics because I have an infection in my tooth and no dentist will see me until after I get this taken care of. I was in and out within a half hour and was given helpful information as well as advice from Dr Patti DaSilva. Thank you for the great job and fast assistance.

Love this center. So clean and the staff is so friendly and convenient location right in front of Walmart

It is now 758. I've been outside for about 10 mins already. They have in big letter 8am-8pm. They locked the doors and the lady just sat there as I tried to get my son seen before they closed. I understand everyone wants to leave on time, but you are obligated to provide services during the hours you stated.

Don’t waste your money. Taken both my daughters there back to back with 103+ fever they didn’t do anything didn’t even care. Said all test results were ‘negative’ Took them both to emergency room the same day and was diagnosed with strep throat. So paid 150$ for nothing then had to pay $1500 on emergency room bill just because urgent care wouldn’t do their job.

Been waiting here for over an hour, rude staff, slow service... Office staff allowed 2 individuals to be seen before us. Very unfair service... Smh.

Dr Dasilva was thorough explained everything clearly & was very kind. I was very satisfied.

Very poor experience here with the women who brought us back to our room. Ppl like this should not be in the nursing field. Its a shame how these people treat patients and continue to keep their jobs and nothing gets done. Ive been in the nursing field for years and have never not even thought about making people feel the way i felt today. My daughter doesnt even care shes in pain she is ready to go but i know she needs to be seen quick. T
