Dr.Pavlinich to me is a dream come true.A doctor who really listens,and explains thi gs so clearly to a girl who has ptsd and has trouble wrapping my head around things.From our 1st appt I felt safe and that I could instantly trust her thanks to her lovely demeanor,quick laugh,and weath of information.Shes patient and kind and really just wants you to help relieve the pain you're in,in the best way possible for you.I highly recommend her and am so grateful for finding her.I have alot more control over my pain thanks to her and can finally live with some peace.

I met with Dr. Pavlinich for the 1st time and was very impressed with her questions, suggested treatment, and thought process, she spent allot of time going over my injury and past treatments, I think I will be very well served by Dr. Pavlinich. I had to switch Pain Management Dr's due to a change in my Healthcare and I'm glad it happened or I never would have seen Dr. Pavlinich

Had terrible "tightening" of the shoulder muscles. She gave me trigger point injections and if made it feel so much better. Would recommend her to anyone!!!

I called South Hills Pain and Rehab When my sciatic nerve flared up for the first time since 2008. Dr. Pavlinich was assigned my case. After working with her I can say I hit the jackpot having her as my doctor. Marissa listened to my concerns looked over my paperwork from 2008 and examined me, ordered x rays and determined a steriod shot was my best treatment moving forward. On the day of my shot a lot happened in life and my blood pressure was a lil bit high to do the procedure. Marissa offered me a second chance that week to come back and try again. She knew from talking with me my blood pressure issue was due to stress of the day. On next visit she was able to give me the shot. During the shot she keeps in contact making sure her needle moves are not uncomfortable for you. She is a very caring doctor and I can't thank her enough for getting me the treatment i needed for now. I can now function to further in improve my condition in a pain free manner.. Thanks Doc You Rock.
