I use to highly recommend this place. But it seems each time I’ve had to go it’s getting worse and worse. The front receptionist was not friendly at all and wouldn’t even smile.. i just feel like a burden when I’ve had to go as it seems their always wanting to close and get you out the door. I repeated myself numerous times for them to even hear me say that my daughters throat hurt where they dug and shoved the swab around so bad she ended up puking. Anymore I’ve f been made to feel “dumb” when I go and mainly a nuissiance like their annoyed to do their job.

I would give a negative star if I could. Staff here are extremely rude.when you come to a place seeking help, you shouldn’t be treated as a child. Every question is answered in a degrading manner. Would not recommend especially in an urgent matter.

Came here today to get checked out because I wasn’t feeling well. Lady that checked me in was very pleasant and helpful.

Whenever you walk through the doors you are supposed to take a number and wait to be called. However, the receptionist did not adhere to this and several people were taken care of before I was called up. They had me wait in my car until they were ready, which wouldn’t be such a big deal if I hadn’t had to wait almost an hour to even be given a call.

I took my mom to be seen on Sunday Jan 6. She was Greeted by a wonderful staff. She was checked immediately and then an xray was taken. To find she had fractured her ankle. I'd highly recommend them to anyone

Waited less than 2 minutes. They were very more than awesome with my young son who has a broken arm! Thank you Bob and Dr. Bowser! Very patient and super awesome!! We even were there at closing time and treated him just perfect!
