I first tried to attain an earlier appt than Oct, which I was initially told @ the Pittston office.I contacted the Clarks Summit Office & CINDY, his incredible Asst,sd that she would fit me in Pittston as she'd be there. However it goes way beyond that. I rec'd extremely disturbing news while in the waiting room and felt I needed to reschedule. CINDY could see I was distraught and that I was trying to reschedule and took me BK. She had consulted with Dr Mike who I had seen in the past for severe dry eye & plugs.He had my size & script.Cindy knew bc of the severe dry eyes, I was looking to see if it was possibile to wear daily contacts for my son's upcoming wedding. She handed me multiple daily contacts, drops, coupons & a kit w the holder & Saline. She & he were absolutely incredible! She told me to contact her in a few days to be sure of the fit, etc. Go to Dr. Michael Boland if you're on the fence. Feel like family, not a number. They're absolutely terrific.. then & now!
