Horrible customer service. I called and scheduled a call back with this provider 3 times when put on hold for an excessive time. Now I have tried again and for curiosity, currently 3rd hour on hold. I selected billing one time through their phone tree and they answered right away. They joked about management and this sad customer service issue. I guess they are saving money for the Doctors vacation home.

Dr. Meyers is an excellent and caring provider and a good human being. He helped me get on the road to recovery from ten years of inadequate health care. He got me in a program where I was able to get a pancreatic pain block which helped me to stop having to take pain killers. My family and I will be forever grateful.
