Have been going here for years. My Dr retired so I picked another I was not thrilled with her, I asked to see another Dr and am very Pleased with Dr Belber and this practice . I go to both the Collegeville office since Closer but also behind einstein hospital the Bremer building never a problem or rudeness for me . Always helpful and answer all questions and call about your test with results .

This entire group is the worst I have ever encountered. Terrible office staff. Arrogant and rude. Cannot get through to them - ever! Today I waited 45 minutes on the phone before I hung up. Doesnt matter how good the Physicians may be, this is a pathetic organization.

I like the doctor but the front staff is rude and unhelpful. Bantering back and forth with me about a referral that I showed written proof was requested by another Einstein doctor. Customer service is poor.

Called yesterday about a problem with meds. Doctor called back today. My doctor out of town, so another doctor called me. Great service.

I need to see a cardiologist and this place was recommended by a friend. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks now to make an appointment. Left messages on their main scheduling number and have not received a call back. Found the number for their office close to me, called 3 times, talked to two different people. Each time they tell me they’ll call me back. Still waiting. This is no way to do business… especially when it comes to health care. I now have zero confidence and am looking for a different doctor.

I started going here back in 2019 when I thought it was time I should go to a specialist for my high blood pressure. I initially thought it was a good place to go & I liked my doctor. However, since this year (2021), I feel that follow-ups to legitimate concerns don’t happen (ie received AFib reading from Apple Watch ECG app). When you call after almost a month since dropping off information requested by the doctor (ie ECG & BP readings) to follow up, there’s nothing from the physician in the file. Wait another 4 days to call back, starting all over again, no info regarding the materials I dropped off. Called back again almost 3 weeks later, frustrated I never get a call back & the person answering the phone is absolutely no help, still no information regarding the readings I dropped off (now almost 2 months ago) in my file… so now I’m thinking it was never looked at and/or the office misplaced the stuff I took time to hand deliver….and to top it off, the person answering the phone was unsympathetic to my frustration & appeared to have the “Oh Well” attitude. I’m not an unreasonable person & think I’ve been more than patient here.

Customer service from people who answer phones seem to be cold, uncaring, rude, and disrespectful. You will wait for a long time before anyone gets on the phone. They are not responsive when pharmacies call about medicine inquiry or refill. The doctors however are very nice, and why they allow this poor treatment of patients by staff is a mystery.

I too would rate less than zero! I had a father in law who was a patient.They saw him last year.Everytime he called,call was hung up on or too busy.Could never get though.He lost his wife on feb 24 2021.Suffered heart failure a few days later.Still nothing. Then on March 12 he gets released from Einstein and told to follow up. Called they are booked till May. They would do a video call today at 8am March 26 2021.TOO LATE He passed on March 23,2021. BROKEN HEART Still waiting for video call as I am writing this.

Dr. Modi is fabulous! Can run behind but he is extremely thorough and takes the time to answer all of your questions.

My Annapurna Rallapalli has been treated for her heart problem by Dr.Harinder Sharma 2015 and 2016. She was investigated thoroughly with various tests such as ECG,EKG, Chemical stress test and followed by prescription of suitable medicines.
