Dr Herman abd his whole team are wonderful. They are very very welcoming. And his work is out standing.

Definitely was not impressed. Went for a consultation to have a sebaceous cyst removed from my cheek Staff was pleasant but Dr Herman seemed extremely rushed, talked a mile a minute while typing on his laptop. In the short time (10 min) that I spoke with him he must have told me he was a plastic surgeon, as if I didn’t know that! Left extremely discouraged Will definitely go to another plastic surgeon and would never refer to anyone Sorry

I did not go thru with Dr. Herman for any services, but did have a consultation. Very nice office and friendly staff, however, my big negative was the wait time upon arriving, and I hate to say it but the appointment felt extremely rushed. This is why I wound up not choosing them.

Terrible Experience. I reached out to his office, because I was not happy with the work they did. I was told to seek a second opinion, and I was reminded of his expertise. I felt like they didn't care about me, and they were all about making money. The receptionist was also very rude every time I called.

I wish I could leave 6 "Star" for my review. Outstanding & professional service from Dr. Herman & his staff. I had major leg surgery that was completed by Dr. Herman & today I am fully recovered. I was kept well informed of the post-surgery progress & everything was explained clearly. Even with today's social distancing scheduling was never a problem. Thanks again to Dr. Herman & his staff.

Sadly He is fine I owuld give him a 4 His PA also but the receptionist nasty 1at appointment Next appointment they did not bother to tell me the office had moved so I went to the old address. A receptionist in another doctors office called them for me (I have no cell phone) and left message saying I wasn't given the new address and wold not be able to keep the appointment. (I asked her to leave that message) They then called me later in the day asking if I wanted to make another appt. I said have to think about it. I then received call from the referring doctors office where she said they were told I didnt want to have the procedure i was scheduled for and that was why I didnt keep the appointment. Doesnt matter how good a doctor may be if his office staff is nasty/lies about what patients have told them

Herman misdiagnosed an infection that had developed in my Wife's incision after hip surgery. This incompetency resulted in her condition becoming worse and admission to hospital, having 2 surgeries and almost becoming Septic which could have meant death. This so-called Dr. is not recommended for any treatment especially wound care.

Incompetent, wrong diagnosis for infected incision. Resulted in multiple surgeries and much discomfort. Do not recommend for wound care.

Fabulous staff, beautiful office- wonderful patient care!

I must say this has been the smoothest transition with the most amazing results. I am amazed with my lower face lift. I’m very satisfied with my recovery and my results. Dr. Herman was so nice and very comforting and supportive through the whole process. Nurse Bobby was so friendly and helpful as well. I must say the before and after shots of my face floored me. I highly recommend Dr. Floyd Herman to anyone who thinking of getting cosmetic surgery. I’m a happy girl. ??
