It's funny how consistent people are...they over charge you and do not tell you until it is too late. You get screwed by charges never revealed by you physician. Read all reviews, everybody says BILLING is an issue and you have no choice but to pay. Be AWARE, do not use these anesthesiologists!

Their Billing Dept Sucks. I received my co pay billing on 6/08/2022. Submitted the bill to my FSA the same day. My FSA account paid the bill on 06/10/2022. I started getting calls from Riverside about my balance on 6/21/2022. Dont they know that a little bit of time is needed for processing and then getting the payment thru the mail? Lousy customer service

This company is ignorant they called the day before my surgery wanting $91.00 which if they would have contacted me a month ago explaining their policy I could have paid it. They cancelled my surgery you inconvenienced a lot of people! They lied and said my surgery would not be cancelled that they would not be the ones doing the anesthesia. Caused me major problems I already paid to have my dogs boarded If there was a zero instead of a star I would have chose that.

I worked with them thru a surgery I had at West Shore Hospital... The anesthesiologist was wonderful, friendly, introduced themselves before my surgery, explained the process... I gently went to sleep on my way to the OR and woke up much later in the recovery room. I later got a bill from them for about $135. It was in a timely manner... and seriously... I didnt feel a thing! That was the biggest concern for me! I was wonderfully ecstatic about their service and subsequent billing. (I wish they offered online bill pay... but that is a minor issue.) I'm not sure how I had such a different experience than the reviews listed here, but I would highly recommend the anesthesiologist / service!!

The billing department is rude, unprofessional and dishonest and I will be reporting them. I hope the hospitals in this area find someone else to contract with and I never have to use them again.

This place waits until the day before my surgery to tell me I owe them $64 from 6 years ago and that they won’t issue services until paid. I had until 1:00pm to call them back I didn’t get home and listen to my messages until 5pm. I plan on paying if I can get in contact with them before my 9:30am check in time. Not sure if I’ll be able to have my surgery or not but thanks for the advance notice....I guess.

Just got a call from this place. I have surgery scheduled for tomorrow the 17th of Nov. These people call me and tell me that they will not administer thier services to me for a bill supposedly owed for 2011. I need this surgery and if there was anything on my credit report, I would have known it when I bought my house 2 years ago. This place is a joke and it should be illegal for them to refuse service to anyone having major surgery. I am reporting this company to the better business bureau and hope that other people do the same. Without this surgery I am disabled and can't work, I am 46 years old and it will be damn difficult to get disability, I have a mortgage and other bills. This place is only concerned about money.
