Would not recommend to any females. Dr. Bazylak frequently makes innapropriate sexual comments and crude remarks about your body. Also, if you have a mental illness and take medication just note "you are on crazy pills." Dr. is very out of touch, not sure why he is still practicing medicine.

Innapropriate bull headed doctor. Very out of touch, would not recommend any female be alone with him.

Dr Bazylak is innapropriate towards females and is degrading. Absolutely would not recommend.

The entire staff lacks compassion. They are very rude and refuse to listen to patient concerns. The doctor places people on medicines that do not help and then refuses to continue to treat the patient leaving them on a medication without a physician monitoring that patient afterwards.
