We went to MedExpress because my son had an ear infection. He was in a lot of pain. There was not a long wait and he was treated very well. He is feeling much better!

This is the most unprofessional place they lie and let you sit in the room for 3 hours saying a emergency ambulance and no ambulance came the whole 3 hours we waited I heard them at the desk laughing and carrying on the came in and said I had to leave they are very unprofessional there and need new people to work there instead of sitting at the desk laughing and having fun instead of seeing patients if there was a emergency why are they all just sitting around laughing and having conversations instead of seeing patients they leave you sit around for hours while they are out there laughing and carrying on

The staff from front end to physican are polite, respectful and efficient. I arrived for an 8:00 visit and was treated and out the door within an hour.

The girls at the front seat were extremely nice. Everywhere was very clean. Greg Franko was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things to me better than the ER dr. at the hospital in February and it made sense! Thank you
