Patient care is not adequately quality controlled. Employees are not taken care of due to poor or nonexistent leadership. Publicly admonishing your employees does make for a hostile work environment. No wonder this organization is $11 billion dollars in the hole.

I had a EGD done and the anesthesiologist Jacob Hummel was sitting at my bedside when I woke up told me that my tooth came out during the procedure not just any tooth my FRONT TOOTH and they refused to pay for my dental services. stating I signed the waiver and it says this could happen. I was sedated before signing forms also they rush you to sign forms before surgery and I think they should be held responsible but they denied my claim. so please be careful when signing forms. Im so upset about this claim being denied

Went to ER and left after an hour. I keep getting bills for level 5 emergency management which is for heart attacks, strokes, really bad fractures etc. Customer service doesn't reply. Are they for real?

they are billing me for a doctor visit I NEVER HAD with a doctor in a STATE I DON'T LIVE IN I went to an ER months ago, was billed by the hospital, and paid it. Today envision sends me a TEXT MESSAGE saying i owe 400 bucks to a doctor IN TEXAS who i NEVER SAW. EVER.

Very difficult company to deal with. Took 7 months to respond to a dispute and then don’t even bother to listen to the issue. Will never go to another facility they are associated with.
