They are the best eye care group. I had a problem with my eye. They were able to see me within an hour after I called the office. From the moment you are greeted when you walk in, to seeing the Dr. and leaving the office. Top Notch.I highly recommend this practice.

Unless you see Noah, you won't get any real care and direct help with your eyes, Eye Dr I saw for just a few minutes didn't give me any samples being self pay of $100, I'll see Noah or no one. Noah would give the gel drops knowing that the heavy medicine requires for uveitis will dry your eyes.

I must take a few minutes to recognize the exceptional service and BEYOND friendly environment that was bestowed upon me during my visit to the Eger Eye Group in Moon last week. From my initial phone call for help, where Tammy treated me with such kindness and warmth, to my in-person visit later that afternoon, where both Tammy and Robin welcomed me as if we had been friends for years...as opposed to just 5 minutes, and concluding with the exceptional service provided by Dr Amber! What a wonderful group of people working in that office and what a lucky employer to have such a dedicated and friendly staff for patients to be able to experience when entering the front door. Kudos to each of those lovely ladies for being exceptional at your jobs!

Oh my goodness where to start. Dr. Corcoran is absolutely the best! He is so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, professional, and kind. I have been a patient for years and never ever plan on leaving or looking anywhere else for anything to do with my eyes. Their staff is so warm and welcoming and are the whipped cream to the delicious desert. I personally love always getting to visit and see Lisa. She is so upbeat, friendly, and gets the whole appointment going with an amazing positive vibe.<br><br>Okay…and then there is their Master Class Receptionist Extraordinaire Yvonne. I have so many positive things to say about her that Google will probably cut me off at some point. If you had a world directory and filtered the results by “Immaculate Customer Service” you would find her name. Her voice and rapport is top notch. She is so welcoming and warm. I just want to hang out at the office and talk to her about life’s troubles and any and everything under the sun. She is a national treasure and we must protect her at all costs. If and when I start my own business I will do everything in my power to poach her to work for me. There are those people in life you will come across and meet and afterwards think to yourself “wow, they were really nice”, she’s one of them. Fortunately the whole team here is so good, but seriously even if the doctors were bad, I’d still probably come here just for Yvonne. Okay, I think I’ve gone on enough, but seriously I mean every word I’ve said. This place is the best and you have a customer for life.

I was seen for an eye examination and then came back to pick up the glasses. I noticed that the prescription was incorrect, as I had a problem with distance reading. I thought I’d get used to the new glasses but I didn’t, so I called to get an appointment, noting the reason. When I arrived, I was told that there was a $35 charge for a reexamination. However, I wasn’t informed of this when I made the appointment so I left.<br><br>During the first appointment, I found that the staff lacked sufficient knowledge about insurances. I’ve had the same insurance for the past ten years without issue, but I couldn’t get verification whether this office accepted my secondary insurance.

Everyone at Eger Eye Group is helpful, considerate and friendly. You are not a number at this office. They truly care about you. They work with you to get your vision the best it can be. I was satisfied after receiving my contacts/glasses. Dr. Noah knew he could improve my vision. He kept fine tuning my vision until it was the best he could get. It took numerous visits and about 3 different pairs of contacts (not on my bill). I was so impressed with his persistence. I am seeing better now than I have the last few years. Excellent care!!!

Would absolutely recommend this group! Dr. Holly is just the best. Thanks for always being so thorough and making eye exams fun :)

Dr. Amber Ewonce is amazing. She is my eye dr as well as my daughter’s eye dr. 10/10 always. Professional, kind and great with children! Office is clean, neat and organized. I refer Edgar Eye Group to everyone that needs an eye dr!
