I was very pleased with the service I received at the cranberry VA. I think the doctors are outstanding and they accommodate you the best that they can. As far as the ladies at the front desk, I thought they were very pleasant and easy to deal with in person and also on the phone.

Sorry but this VA clinic is terrible for veterans. They are famous for not answering the phone, God fobid if you have an emergency and need to get ahold of them there.,....forget it. All veterans should do themselves s favor transfer to Butler or Pitt VA. Shut this place down. Those women in the office should be ashamed.
