List of America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses's Reviews
I scheduled an appointment for 5:50 and arrived 9 mins late due to the current snowstorm as well as it actively snowing. The receptionist advised the policy is 10 mins so they are refusing to see me. I let her know I was within the 10 min window however she said because paperwork needs completed I would not have enough time. I have been with America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses for almost 10 years so I assumed they would have my information. Cancelling my appointment due to overwhelming amount of paperwork in a condescending tone is not what I expected after having great experiences for the past decade. Very disappointing, customer service is lacking.
The manager lady is an honorable person. I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with, but dispite me not being pleasant, she did everything she could've to stay calm and even made me an offer that made me alot happier than I was. I would like to thank you. If your reading this you probably know who you are.
Very friendly and competent staff. The doctor was very experienced, knowledgeable and personable. We had a great visit and would highly recommend them.
Apparently bc a patient reschedules appts means you’re not important! That’s basically what I was told by the “manager” who is representing the business. I will not be placing any orders after this conversation. Not only is someone with insurance & making a 150$ sale for a reorder is not priority over another person arguing on the phone with the insurance company trying to get coverage. At what point in customer service do you make the decision to say sir let me have you figure this out and move on & come back to you in a few. I mean what I witnessed made no sense to me from a sale point ! Not only was the manager miserable , no smile no welcoming demeanours once so ever , she was on her cell phone claiming to be “ working “to me it looked like laziness and lack their of . I have not been this upset and flat out disregarded as a patient in my life not only am I taking this further but will have family leaving this practice bc of how I was treated. Let’s do better
Just got my glasses today. Very pleased and the service was great.
As someone who lives in a world where Google reviews mean the world, it pains me to write this. This was my first eyeglasses experience and when I say it makes me want to live with bad vision, I mean it. My first exam, they reversed my prescription, which I didn’t think was that big of a deal because they offered to just have a doctor sign off on the reversal, and get my new lenses.. no problem. A week later, I called in to get a status update, and they completely forgot that I came in and did not have anyone sign off on the new script. After a ten minute hold, they said it’s probably best that I come in for a reexamination. I scheduled that appointment for later in the week. An hour before my appointment, they called to tell me that they couldn’t see me that day anymore. I was wildly frustrated at this point, so I didn’t call back for a couple weeks. I finally went back in for my reexamination and they confirmed that it was a basic reversal and said that I didn’t really need to come in for that. They ordered my new lenses, and texted me about a week later and let me know that they came in. I sent my boyfriend to pick up my glasses only to find they had LOST MY FRAMES THAT I LEFT THERE FOR THEM TO REPLACE THE LENSES. Then, they didn’t know which ones I had originally purchased so my boyfriend had to send me pictures of all the lenses in that brand so I could re-find them. The frames I had originally purchased were discontinued. So they had to rummage through their inventory and thankfully found my same pair that I had ordered. My least favorite part of the entire experience is I did not get an “I’m sorry” once. Nobody seemed to care that I was going through this crazy experience to get one pair of eyeglasses. I truly could not recommend this store to anyone. Update: see below email never replied to
We moved closer to this office in the last year and after having pretty terrible experiences for several years at the Robinson office, I was very pleasantly surprised with my exam/visit at the Cranberry location. Jordan greeted me and got me checked in, then she let me know what to expect next. The doctor was also great about explaining the whole exam and even gave me a warning about the machine making noises and the lights coming back on at the end of the exam. He was also very personable. Jordan helped me pick out a new pair of frames and gave me her honest opinion which I truly valued. 10/10 recommend this location!
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Jordyn did a wonderful job, she got my bifocals in the right location on the first try. Everyone in Cranberry Twp store is always smiling too!!
I love this place!!!!!!!!!!! What a phenomenal staff. I was given more clarity on the pre-exam tests than ever before. The optometrist is such a nice man and explained things to me that nobody has before, all resulting in providing me the right RX such that I can see better than I have with a new pair of glasses in years (no joke). And the front end folks who help with picking and ordering glasses are super nice and helpful. Simply a lovely and positive experience start to finish!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
