My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Don Ratchford for years. He listens to what you have to say and you are not rushed through your appointment. We trust him with our healthcare.

He shows little concern for his patients or their diagnoses. When he is uneducated on a diagnosis he does not educate himself to properly treat you. He overlooks abnormal testing results, I suggest you get your own copy if this Dr. performed any diagnostic testing on you. He I is unaware of specialist reports and what they contain. It appears his main concerns our for himself, advancing his career by getting positions on healthcare boards, but it is not for his patients.

Excellent service from Doctor and Staff. A doctor that really cares about each patient individually. His staff is always friendly and helpful in getting appointments quickly.

I was very impressed with Dr. Ratchford. My Mother is 82 and Doctor Ratchford took his time and devoted all the time she needed to be adequately diagnosed. He is professional and kind. We are very happy with this Doctor! Very Happy!
