If I could give 0 starts, I would. Definitely not a place you want to go for something as personal as a pregnancy ultrasound. I called to find out if I could bring my husband along with since this is our 2nd pandemic pregnancy and he's never been able to come to a single appt or ultrasound, I'm well aware how this goes. The receptionist said, "oh it depends on the day and the hour and the amount of people in there." I was like "oh well we would have to get a sitter, is there anyway to know a couple hours ahead of time? It's for a pregnancy ultrasound." This receptionist said, "Yeah, many woman have to go through this alone." and then HUNG UP ON ME! Run far away from this place. As a registered nurse myself, I couldn't imagine saying that to a patient.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had getting an MRI. Very long wait times with no one checking on patient. Rude staff members that did not want to deal with problem at hand, their solution was if you are unhappy , reschedule! Not sympathetic to patients pain and unruly practice. Not all patients at 62 years old are senile, don’t treat them like they are.

Jefferson imaging did x-rays, never sent me a bill (MyChart said zero balance so didn't think I owed anything), yet referred my bill to a collection agency without bothering to contact me. No voicemail, no email, no letter--nothing.Apparently Jefferson imaging is separate and administers billing separate through InstaMed (owned by JP Morgan, go figure).How was I supposed to know that radiology has an entirely separate billing department (especially if they never sent me a bill)? And when Jefferson (misleadingly, it turns out) represents that everything is on MyChart? My imaging is there, so why aren't my bills?This place should not be held out as part of "Jefferson." Now I have to deal with a collection agency and possibly credit-reporting agencies because Jefferson screwed up.Avoid this place like the plague. If you go, be prepared to be surprised by a bill or a collection letter.

We have been here since 8:20 am for an MRI for my son and we are still here! It’s been over 2 hours already and still waiting. Ridiculous!
