I had an excellent experience at Laser & Skin and cannot recommend them highly enough. I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my laser treatment from Dr. Wang and his assistant, Nelly. They truly make a dynamic duo. From the very beginning, Dr. Wang was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough in explaining the procedure, what to expect, and answering all of my questions. He made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. His attention to detail and genuine care for his patients really stand out. Nelly was equally amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and so helpful throughout the entire process. She made every visit feel welcoming and stress free, and her support and kindness did not go unnoticed. Together, they create such a positive and reassuring environment. The office itself is clean, well run, and the staff is professional and efficient. You can tell they truly care about patient experience and results. If you are considering any dermatology or laser services, I highly recommend!

I have received fraxel laser treatments and a xerf treatment by Dr.Wang. He is the best! His knowledge and skill about lasers is exceptional. I have had the best experience at this practice. The staff is welcoming and his assistant, Nelly, is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice.

I scheduled an appointment through their website, only to have it canceled via text message just a few hours beforehand, with no explanation provided. When I called to understand what happened, I was given inconsistent and unconvincing explanations. First, I was told the system flagged me as a bot, which does not align with how the appointment was booked. Then I was told I may not have confirmed the appointment--also incorrect. The lack of transparency was frustrating, but even more concerning was the complete absence of accountability. Customer service was particularly poor. The representative I spoke with (possibly named Theresa) was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed little interest in resolving the issue or acknowledging the inconvenience caused. While the quality of services may be strong, the administrative side of the business is clearly disorganized and undermines the overall experience. Reliability and basic communication should not be this difficult.

Doctor Jordan V. Wang is the best dermatologist in Devon,Mainline area .He knows exactly what your skin type and offer the best treatment for your need. The Picosure age spot treatment is completely work for my first treatment and second visit just a complimentary touch up job. Others dermatology might have some licensed aestheticians to perform your procedure but not the real doctor who got more experience. The staff Nelly is nice and take care of what you need. The price is very reasonable and highly recommended.

Dr. Wang & his assistant Nelly are simply the best. I have had quite a few visits & each one is just perfection. Comfort & knowledge & a beautiful office space just makes it even more enjoyable! Thank you for a great experience.

Stephanie Slaski is heaven sent! This office feels like a safe place to be when you're in need of care. This practice was specifically recommended to me by a concerned NP while trying to figure out my skin condition's diagnosis, the symptoms of which have been really tricky and ongoing. They couldn't have been more correct in their assessment where to send me; I was able to be seen in less than 24 hours from my call, and even before entering the office through the glass doors, the receptionist gave me a friendly wave while still on the phone. Details like that, genuine acknowledgement, go a very long way for me across medical visits in the medical industry climate we experience today. I was promptly seen by Stephanie Slaski and even more generously given care from great patient listening to my journey, validation, expert questions and commentary, and a comprehensive treatment plan. I left feeling, for the first time in a long time, in very good hands. As I shared my appreciation for the staff's exceptional demeanor, they each extended the compliments generously to their team members, naming this an office they all truly appreciate being a part of. I know where I will be sending every single person who ever needs any kind of dermatology care! This place is one in a billion.
