I had Doctor O using the Teladoc system where we had our appt through a video platform. I was happy overall with her care. She was only with me for three minutes or so. Very business like. I’m a paramedic both in the field and in the ED. I try to be super sweet with my patients. A little more personability wouldn’t hurt but that said, we talked about my symptoms (sore throat, swollen glands in my jaw), she had me check myself for staph pustules and then wrote me a scrip. I appreciate her help. The business was quick and concise. I would just suggest she at least make a minute of small talk. Otherwise... good.

Worst "doctor" ever. I am going through a rough time and this "doctor" didn't help. Treated me like dirt, belittled me, accused me of being a junkie and gave me a B.S. diagnoses. She prescribed me 2 medications that turns out to be a dangerous combination. I contacted Pinnacle health to try and get my money back for this nightmare visit so i could go see a good doctor but they pretty much just said to bad, we don't care. Hope this will save someone from making the same mistake of making an appointment with this "doctor" or Pinnacle Health. Four months later and another angry letter, i did get a refund but was told this would be a one time thing. i will never go to a Pinnacle heath facility again. It's been six months since this happened. i haven't been to see another doctor and my situation hasn't improved any, things seem even a bit worse now.

I wouldn't even give this "doctor" one star. I am going through a rough time and this "doctor" didn't help. Went to see this "doctor" for anxiety and was treated like dirt. She didn't listen to me at all. was unbelievably rude. totally belittle me even accused me of being a junkie. i hope people don't make the same mistake as me and see this "doctor" .
