I just started with Dr Ferguson in Downingtown, pa. Months back and I am extremely impressed. He is very kind and knowledgeable. Couldn't have been more impressed with him picking up on diagnosis and helpfulness. It is hard going from a Dr I had for 30 years into new surroundings but he and his staff made me feel very comfortable. Praying my next year's with Dr Ferguson will be as successful. Thank you for being there Dr Ferguson.
Well run office. Very friendly staff. Dr Ferguson is a wonderful Dr. and for me most importantly a great listener.
I just moved to the area and set up an appointment with Dr. Ferguson to establish care. He clearly stated he could not help me with the BioIdentical Hormone Replacement Therapy that I was on, but was a Dr. of medicine. He continues to provide the Rx's I was on though. His bedside manner is fine and I have no complaints towards his competency or attitude. I only wish he took on more of an interest to my desire to take on a more natural approach to health care and consider the HRT. I hate to have to find another doctor just for the HRT. I have Osteoporosis as well and estrogen is common treatment for it. I didn't get the Estrogen Rx (bioidentical or otherwise), so I will have to figure out how I'm going to be able to get the care I need to attend to all my health issues still yet. Overall, I cannot say anything negative about him. I'm sure he is a fine doctor of medicine.
I accompanied my mom to an appointment she had with Dr. Ferguson because her regular doctor was unavailable. He did a culture of an infection she got in her foot. They LOST the culture! My son, who was staying with my mom at the time, within days, developed a STAPH infection up inside his nasal cavity which led to a 5 day hospital stay. It would've helped to know if the infection was the same because they would've known how to treat it. I went with my mom to her follow up appointment and Dr. Ferguson ignored me completely. My mom is 82 and forgets things so I was filling in her blanks. He interrupted me and cut me off multiple times, and rolled his eyes whenever I stated anything he disagreed with. The best doctors LISTEN to their patients. They know their own bodies, they know the symptoms they're having, they know when something is wrong. Dr. Ferguson has no pleasant bedside manner and he is very condescending when you ask questions or say something he disagrees with because of text book learning rather than listen to the patient.
I went to establish care as a new patient I am only 31.Unfortunately I do have a few medical diagnosis' but I have documentation of everything. I while explaining everything to dr ferguson was LAUGHED at thats right he laughed right in my face. he prescribed me meds and left the room I dont feel I was given good care at all. Waste of time and a copay
excellent doctor, highly recommend
Dr. Ferguson was professional and pleasant. Over time, I think he could be a 5 star. I felt a little rushed when we met. Meeting him for the first time, I would have liked the opportunity to talk with him longer but I do realize that the office is a busy place. Future will tell more.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
