I had lots of anxiety not only about surgery but also recovery. Dr Ritting was caring, gentle and very thorough throughout the process and made my experience much easier and pain free. His protocol impressed my Physical therapist to the point that she asked to have a copy for her future shoulder rehab patiences. I've had no post op issues, have healed nicely and all follow ups and PT have been positive.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ritting. He's an excellent surgeon. When I met Dr. Ritting for the first time, I felt confident that he would do a great job of repairing my Rotator cuff as well as my triggered thumb and index finger. You might not know this, but Dr. Ritting is the only orthopedic doctor who specializes in the shoulder and hands, so he is exceptional; he repaired both my rotor cuff and trigger fingers at the same time, which really benefited me because I didn't have to have two separate surgeries.
