Dr. Pellini performed my surgery and I was amazed at how easy my recovery had been. I recommend him highly.

I am a guitar player who normally clocks 6-8 hours a day of playing, and so when my left hand began to feel tight and numb I was extremely concerned. Dr. Tosti was able to diagnose my cubital tunnel in just one visit. He had me get a nerve test just to be certain what he was seeing was correct, and the nerve test confirmed his suspicions. Dr. Tosti recommended surgery above all other options because it is a curative surgery, and so within one month of seeing him for initial diagnoses I was scheduled for surgery. I am now one month out from elbow surgery (and cyst removal in my wrist) and my hand/arm feels brand new. The post-op pain lasted for about a week at most. The incision areas are small and precise, and so the scarring will be minimal to none. One month post-op and I am back to playing guitar for hours a day without pain or discomfort. Highly recommend Dr. Tosti and his work.

After fracturing my left wrist and getting advice to let it heal without surgery, I ended up with a radius malunion and excruciating pain and numbness in my fingers from carpal tunnel syndrome. I needed to find a hand specialist and fortunately, my search led me to Dr. Tosti. He surgically corrected my fracture and endoscopically released the CTS through the same incision. With his surgical expertise, I’m able to resume my life’s activities. He was patient with me and took the time to address all my questions. Dr. Tosti is a very caring and professional surgeon. I cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend him!

Dr. Tosti is incredible. Not only has he (and the staff) taken great care of my goals, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a surgeon that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. It has been six months since my surgery and I am back bench pressing over 300lbs. Dr Tosti repaired my swan neck deformity on my left pinky finger with volar plate surgical repair. 100% function return and no pain. He is truly an expert in his field!! Definitely recommend as first choice for hand surgeon!!

After research & a 1st opinion from a different hand doctor I found Dr. Tosti for my 2nd opinion. It was his background with MMA & wrestling that drew me in. I was immediately impressed & relieved to find a physician with an understanding of my lifestyle who gave me a better option to get back to doing what I love quickly. I found Dr. Tosti to be very direct & thorough with a no-nonsense approach. It was my 1st surgery & Tosti along with his team at the hospital made me confident & comfortable with the experience. It was not a problem getting any questions answered in a timely fashion on the few occasions I called his nurse practitioner. In general, healthcare today does not allow for the same warm & fuzzy get-to-know-you experience of the past, however, when dealing with my body I want best qualified, & for the hand, that is Tosti. He is up to date & saved me from an antiquated protocol that would have had me immobilized for much longer. At 6 wks I was FULLY back on the mats.

Dr. Tosti at the Center City location...complete waste of time. Saw him for all of about 5 minutes. Came in for carpel tunnel, he didn't explain a thing. Had to ask for a wrist splint. Very impersonal & horrible experience.

Although it was rather brief and pressured, the entire encounter was awkward and found him difficult to talk to. I came there for one little thing and he kept focused on something else that didn’t bother me from year ago. Like dude, I didn’t do surgery then, stop pressuring me into doing surgery now for it! Should have done my homework and asked around.

Testy Tosti. Dr Tosti seemed rushed and a bit abrasive. I did not feel that he examined my arm in any detail. He only provided simplistic information all of which I already read online. This appointment reminded me of a practice that has a take it or leave it cookie cutter solution where time is money. He fail to even introduce the intern/student that accompanied him. I will go elsewhere for treatment.
