The quality of care that I consistently receive at Central Bucks Family Practice is excellent. As a patient for over twenty years I have met most of the doctors and medical professionals there who are always able to help me with their medical expertise. I especially recommend Dr. Lewcun as well as Rebecca Gordon and Renzi who have taken the time to get to know me and have been there to address my medical concerns and to provide treatment recommendations and support. I received amazing care prior to and after my recent surgery that made a world of difference regarding my recovery. On a numerical scale their rating is clearly 100.

Dr Polish really takes the time to listen to you and works with you to get the right balance of medications to deal with your condition

Dr. Rachel Polish is not only an excellent diagnostician, but a kind and caring physician who actually listens to her patients. This is a rare and exceptional quality! I highly recommend Dr. Polish and Central Bucks Family Practice for responsible and compassionate care.

Renzi met me in Dr Gordon's exam room. Very happy with the wise questions and compassionate care she gave me prior to my exam. Dr Gordon's quick response to address my Sciatica pain was welcome and very much appreciated.

Realized my care changed when I retired and went on Medicare no diagnosis or did not help me at all. Let me limp out of there with no help now need full hip and knee replacement. Also sent me to the Wellness Center the tech was insulting and bruised m liver while trying to get scans. Made me feels embarrassed as I am overweight. Asked to give a hand to get up and tech said I am not lifting you. Just needed a helping hand. Avoid this money grubbing practice at all costs.

I've been going to this practice on and off for about 10 years.There are a few decent doctors, although they each have their own idiosyncrasies. Dr. Lappen is the best of the bunch, as far as I've seen. He tests, investigates and finds a solution! Many specialist are not even capable of this!! i.E. "Gastrointestinal Associates" who was trying to kill me." Now, unfortunately the receptionists and Nurses leave a lot to bedesireed. Yes, a few of the nurses are fine, good even. However it is the sour apples that ruin the bunch! Dr. Lewcun & Co. get a hold on your staff..they will ruin this practice! They are rude, nasty, and completely oblivious to what's actually going on around them. Case in point, I was in the emergency room for nearly 10 hours last night. Once I was finally brought back to be seen by a doctor, I thought I would call my family doctor, "Dr. Lewcun":, to make sure he was aware of what was going on. when I called the office, reception picked up. I told them I was in the ER, and I wanted to leave a message for Dr. Lewcun. She proceeds to tell me that she will transfer me to a nurse "I asked her why". I don't need the nurse, this is not for an appointment, as this is the way they normally operate with appts. She wouldn't relent. Back to the nurses without even realizing it. (nice- good job!) Awoman starts runnng her mouth, I found it It's Angelica - worst nurse ever. wHAT A NASTY PIECE OF WORK, 'TELLING ME NO, ITS NOT OKAY" WHO IN THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE TALKING TO?? Rude, unkind, and very disrespectful! I don't know who she thought she was talking to?? Then telling me that she WILL NOIT give my doctor the message//!! You have no power. This nurse is not capable of making medical decisions where I'm concerned! Or anyone else for that matter.I 'm a patient. Have been for a very long time. This is not how you treat people. It's always the same - the Self-absorbed, Self-centered millennial with a huge chip on the shoulder!! It's unprofessional, discourteous, and overall UNACCEPTIBLE!! For me, or anyone else.Same problems with SEPA Pain, in chalfont and Horsham. WOULD YOU PEOPLE WANT YOUR MOTHER TREATED THIS WAY!!?? If I spoke to someone lIke that when I was her age, there would be repercussions! These disrespectful , apathetic and arrogant so-called nurses think the patient owes them something. WE DON'T OWE YOU ANYTHING!! WE PAY YOUR SALARY!! You are there to serve the patients!! Like it or not. If you don't , do all of US a favor, go work elsewhere. ANGELICA is a perfect example of a nurse that doesn't deserve the title! There must be consequences for this horrid behavior! otherwise they will continue down the same path, RUNNING ROUGH-SHOT ALL OVER YOU! Making your customers/patients want to head for the hills! TRUST ME, they will! Central Bucks Family Practice, if you're ok with that abhorrent behavior, I'm certainly not okay with any of you treating me ever again!! YOU CANNOT HURT ME WITH IMPUNITY!! GET A GRIP!

Place is great and take you right on time every time

Been a patient for several years. I am now thinking about switching. They swabbed my daughter in the car, she was negative. We go in for our appointment and they force both of us to mask (it's 2024) and not one single person including patients, staff and all the doctors were wearing one. They tested my daughter for strep and never called with the results. The doctor ask ME if I want to get her on an antibiotic. He's literally asking my opinion. I have to make this decision? Then he asks me "Should I check her ears?" Umm ... well since we are already here and she has been sick for days ... MAYBE?????????????? The car swabbing is irritating. They are testing for COVID but nothing else and it takes forever.

I finally found a practice that works by appointment time. I have never had to wait forever in the waiting room and you can always get a same day appointment. . Staff are always friendly. I highly recommend them .
