List of Daniel Davis's Reviews
Dr. Davis and his staff are very efficient, well organized, and friendly. After looking at my ex-rays he explained what needed to be done if I wanted to do the things I always had done. He listened to and answered my questions and fears and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend him for orthopaedic surgery.
Dr. Davis was excellent. He was on time and explained my x-rays and my options for my shoulder. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Davis made multiple mistakes, ignored my medical background information, and did nothing for me but line his pockets. First he scheduled me for a cortisone shot with the wrong doctor, so I had to wait longer for pain relief. When the cortisone shot wore off and my pain came searing back, I called to find out what to do next. The nurse spoke with Dr. Davis and told me he said to come in. I left work early and paid a $50 copay thinking I was going to find out the next steps of my treatment. He walked in the room and told me there’s no more he can do for me. He could have told me that over the phone. He also offered no further options until I asked if I needed a pain mgmt specialist. He suggested medical cannabis. I told him I already take medical cannabis and that it does nothing for my pain. He suggested a type of doctor I’ve never heard of and had an assistant tell me that someone would be calling me to schedule. Today I got that call - it was from a medical cannabis doctor.
This office runs like clockwork, which I appreciate immensely. Dr. Davis is kind and attentive. I wish masks were not required. I want to communicate with my physician total face to face. Do not hesitate visiting Dr. Davis if ever you require his medical expertise.
I'm extremely pleased with Dr. Davis and his staff, everyone is very polite and professional. Dr. Davis made me feel very at ease on our initial meeting and that is not an easy task. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who has a similar injury, he is the best!
Explained everything and took a conservative approach with I appreciated. Answered all of my questions.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Davis and his staff to anyone in need of any age. I'm 52 and this was my first injury requiring a procedure of any type. Dr Davis made me feel confident in both his ability and my chances for full recovery from the first meeting. I found him to be understanding, thoughtful and competent at every step of the process. His assistant is no less professional than he is. Wholeheartedly recommend.
Dr. Davis performed 2 rotator cuff surgical repairs on me (both shoulders). If I had a 3rd shoulder that required surgery he would still be my choice. He explained exactly what was required, both surgeries went exactly as described and I am thrilled with the outcome. Everyone I encountered in both surgeries were professional, knowledgeable and very compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Davis and his team.
I went to Dr. Davis for a 2nd opinion 9 mos after I fractured my right collarbone close to neck (uncommon location). My initial surgeon, put me in figure of 8 brace and took xrays over 3 visits. Each time he was pleased "it hasn't moved"; never recommended surgery; then released me with a positive prognosis. I went back a month or so later as chronic pain continued with certain movements...no results. Dr. Davis told me on 1st visit the fracture was comminuted; ordered CT scan which confirmed; he recommended surgery to reconstruct clavical. Initial doc never told me how serious the fracture is or that bone is in multiple pieces. Dr. Davis patiently explained the CT scan to me and the surgery. I finally understand why I'm still having pain 9 mos after my accident. I never feel rushed at my visits w/Dr. Davis and have not been in waiting room more than a few minutes for appts with him. His office staff is very friendly and helpful. So glad I saw Dr. Davis!
I've always been treated first class at Rothman Institute.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
