New patient to office, called on 9/2 to make an appointment was told the Dr was in surgery and would be away the following week. Next available was within the following week. I was so grateful to be able to get an appointment so quickly, other breast surgeons was told the wait time would be 4-5 weeks! Staff addressed all my concerns, even contacting the Dr while she was unavailable to give me some direction. I was surprised by their quick actions and response especially without actually never meeting the Dr or staff. Assisting patients without stepping foot into the office is an A++ in care. I know some people can be demanding and feel entitled to be seen immediately without the provider present. If I felt my needs could not be met I would contact my other providers for assistance until my appointment. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond to help me! Cannot wait to meet you all.

I am so sorry you were so sick but I didn't understand this doctors purple you gave me that's why I called Charlene and Charlene is telling me she's not a doctor but my whole body is Shifting and she kept telling me she was in a medical doctor then I asked her for a doctor's note and she told me scripture you gave me for my physical whatever I'm supposed to do what's the doctors. Dr. Angotti did a topical biopsy to discover my breast cancer had returned. However, she did not do imaging to discover the cancer was also inside my breast and should have had a biopsy as well. This is protocol of a cancer specialist. Result, misdiagnosis. Recommendation, if you have cancer go to a cancer specialist, not a general surgeon. My cancer may not have spread if diagnosed properly in the beginning.

Accompanied my sister who is hearing impaired for an appointment. Waited for an hour and a half to be seen. Was told by Dr. Angotti that I would receive a phone call the next day or two from her. After 9 days and 3 phone calls to the office still no return call! Was told by office staff that “Dr is very busy” after second phone call. After third call was told “Dr is off today”. Looking for new surgeon!
