This place now on memorial drive is a disgrace . It's like a welfare clinic not only in appearance but what takes the cake is the nasty women who are the schedulers , front desk girls , mean office manager . These harpies really do not belong in medical since they have no compassion or patience with dealing with patient calls and giving the dr messages in a timely manner .

It’s taken me almost a year to finally move on from my experience but I was so upset and caught off guard to walk into my appointment in February to find out they don’t take my insurance anymore. I had a list of things that I wanted to discuss with the doctor and had been eagerly awaiting my appointment. To be turned away and not given a heads up when I have to request off of work to make my appointments and need medical care, I completely broke down in the office and am finally moving on and finding a new family doctor. It is so incredibly frustrating having to start this process over and over and over again when offices decide to stop participating with insurance companies and fail to inform their patients. I want to stay with a doctor for more than 2 appointments :( so very frustrated and disappointed with this office, even 10 months later.

Terrible office managers and medical staff. This place has zero value for their patients time or care. I would avoid at all costs.

Excellent health care provider. Doctor Schnur provides exceptional examinations and recommendations. The staff is friendly efficient and promptly follows up on all the questions I've had. They have a convient clean office facility and are easy to get an appointment with.

This is for the branch at Shady Retreat, now Memorial Drive. I've waited 3 weeks for a call back on a message I left. I've called numerous times since and was told it was escalated, mentioned to the office manager etc. I was also told the nurse is part time, which for some reason should excuse her neglegience. It isn't even a hard question. It's about bloodwork I had done and if I can safely start on iron supplements. That's it. What's taking so long?

The doctor is friendly, but the woman who handles the referrals is just place nasty. Not only does she appear unhappy working at this practice, but she lack compassion notwanting to check if procedures require preauthorization which is her job. I would not recommend this place.

I have been seeing Dr Schnur since moving to Doylestown in 2013. He is excellent. Very knowledgeable and very caring about me as a patient. He has been helping me reach my health goals. I especially love his staff especially Barb who no matter how many calls & requests I make she takes care of me with a smile. I highly recommend Dr Schnur and his team.

I go here weekly for allergy injections and I love everyone. They are always kind and will fit you in to get seen as soon as possible. And when you get there, they are always happy to see you. This is the best doctor's office around. I highly recommend!

Dr Schnur is wonderful. He has been our family physician for 15 years. In fact we followed him when he left an overly large impersonal practice up in Plumstead. At that time I also took my kids out of a pediatric practice and he has been their doctor since childhood. He is confident yet cautious and has helped us through both major and minor health crisises. His entire office, spearheaded by the kind and wonderfully efficient Barbara- is lovely to work with. I strongly reccomend Doylestown Family Medicine.
