List of Frank Roland's Reviews
Dr. Roland is a dream doctor. He's highly knowledgable, hilghly skilled and a gem of a person. He's highly respected and he's the best urologist. I wish he were my family doctor.
he can be a bit brisk in his delivery of advise, but he knows his stuff and will give you straight up advise on what you have and what you need to do. He expects you to do it and will not hold your hand.
“Dr. Full of Himself Frank” is the most condescending, egotistical man I have ever encountered. I went for a sale day filler treatment (38 yrs old- not major work to be done). I had every flaw on my face pointed out to me before being told my “energy” was not “zen” enough for him to have the right head space to proceed with my fillers despite my 80$ round trip Uber to see him& $550 deposit paid. I was crying silently bc I felt so low about myself after all he had pointed out& then refused to fix & that made him feel entitled to become a psychiatrist as well as a plastic surgeon right on the spot. He said I’m not emotionally healthy enough to have fillers done bc I was crying& again my “energy” in the 4 min he spent with me was “impacting him and the work he would be doing for the day”. I was escorted out as if I were volatile, yelling or loud? None of the above. I was in shock& just wanted to sit in the lobby to order my Uber. Even that was too much of an effect on the “energy” of the office. His prices are double what is initially quoted, he does not feel he needs to answer your questions or offer you options. He solely critiques every flaw you have& then based upon your “zen” decides what and if he will treat you with. For me (38 yrs old) that was starting with $3800 in filler and $5000+ laser treatment. In retrospect I and my bank account are feeling “zen” about being refused by Dr. full of himself Frank. Go ANYWHERE else.
He's excellent. He's the best. He's serious about your urological needs. He's kind and caring and wants the best care for you and makes sure that you receive it.
Dr. Roland did a great job on my kidney surgery. He was prompt, professional, and extremely competent. In the office, however, they expected me to come with completed paperwork that was never mailed to me. This pushed my appointment back, which was annoying. Also, when it came time to remove my stent, the five minute removal was the most painful five minutes I've experienced (aside from passing multiple kidney stones). Maybe that just goes with the territory?
Arrogant and condescending. No empathy.
If I could give 0 stars I would. He told me his family is more important then his patients. Refused to help me or see and was a complete jerkoff the whole time complaining about me being 6 minutes late while I wait 5 minutes after that at the front desk to be checked in and then he was still with a patient when I came. He told me to go to another dr if he was too far for me. He wasn't but I came from work and rather than get in an accident I figured there was a grace period or he was caring enough to say it was only 6 min. He pushed me out by saying to me we can send your records somewhere else. What are you not getting paid that much anymore since my surgeries you performed are over. Be a man and stop treating women and the elderly like 2nd class citizens. You are no better. Just because you have a medical degree doesn't mean you are any better. EVERYONE NEVER GO TO THIS DR OR RECOMMENDED ANYONE THERE.
HORRIBLE... IF YOU LIKE BEING TOLD TO GO TO A DIFFERENT DOCTOR WHEN YOU ARE THERE FOR HIS HELP. REFUSED TO SEE ME AN CONTINUED TO TELL ME THAT HIS FAMILY WAS MORE IMPORTANT THAN HIS PATIENTS. LADY AT FRONT DESK IS RUDE AND THE OTHER LADIES JUST STARE AT YOU AND DO NOT HELP YOU.
I love Dr. Roland. He cares about the health of you bladder and he cares about you, the person. He is so dedicated to helping you get better and have a better life. There are just so many great things about Dr. Roland, especially that he is the BEST!!
I have no idea why this doctor has such a low rating. He is incredibly nice and Incredibly knowledgeable! I saw him back in October for the first time and he was very nice. He explained everything he was doing and was very thorough. He sent me for a CAT scan and I came back today for my follow-up. Both times he came out and got me he was on time and today took me early. The office staff was extremely friendly no wait time on the phone checkout was great! Today was no different he was very nice very thorough explained everything he was doing. He has a great sense of humor! I was nervous and he definitely put me at ease. I don't have to come back for another four months. In fact when they were doing the Cat Scan he happen to find gall stones they're not a problem and don't need to be removed unless I have symptoms which I don't right now. Very thankful for this doctor! I highly recommend him. Don't go by the negative reviews. My gynecologist recommended him and said many people liked him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
