My wife and I been going to this Dermatology Office for quite some time. Doctor Shannon M. Wiedersum and Minjung Reger, NP are the best in their profession. I rank this office and doctors, nurses and administration Number One in the tri-state area. They are always professional and caring about your care. Honestly, all the times I have been there, the doctors and nurses can not do enough for you. When you walk into the office to get the doctor or nurse practitioner they roll out the Red Carpet and give you nothing but the best treatment. As far as the nursing staff goes, they are most courteous and professional as well as making sure you are comfortable with any procedure. I love these doctors and nurses and I can not imagine being or getting any other treatment other than this wonderful and fantastic team of employees here. If you're looking for a Dermatologist, look no further, this office is the best. I would like to thank each of you for the wonderful care you have provided for my wife and I! I had terrible visit, I had to initially wait for a appointment. I did cancel to due work conflict and ask for another date, I was given a date of Monday February 21, 2022 at 2:45. I was seen by Minjung, she saw my rash on my arm and what was left on my neck. I had pictures that I showed. Minjung saw on my ears that she said "was precancerous that she froze off my ear". I asked for doctor's for Friday ...

I asked for doctor's for Friday February 18, 2022. She denied me a note, I explained that it takes over a week to schedule appointment. I been seen by Dr Toporcer's Office for an going condition that I was out for months. I never been treated like this by any other office. I am looking for a NEW DOCTOR'S OFFICE. I even asked about FMAL if the condition that flares up as it often does. FMAL is used for such occasions for medical conditions that protect employee for being terminated from employment, she refused to even discuss if there is flares up in the future and time is needed to be taken from work.

I have been going to Dr Toporcer for many , many years. Dr Toporcer is extremely thorough and explains every treatment in detail. She is kind and caring. The staff is professional. Kudos to Dr Toporcer and her staff.

Didnt even get in to see the dr. Front desk was extremely rude. The 1st available was December something..then I got hung up on....

Hands down the best derm in town. Went today and saw Minny. My wife referred me to her after a horrible, horrible experience with another derm in another part of town. From the second I recieved a call to the minute I walked in, I felt right at home and was taken care of like a human being, not cattle. The front office staff are so sweet and so personable. Love!!! I wasn't rushed in and I wasn't rushed out. My appt was a full 45 minutes and Minny went over everything to the letter. I am so happy to be a new patient here and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a doctor that will treat you with respect and like a human being.

I saw Dr. Wiedersum and I am quite pleased with her and the office staff.

Horrible experience would not recommend her to any of my family or friends. Was constantly multi tasking with other staff members throughout the exam. Got confused a lot of the times in what she was saying because of trying to balance too many things. Maybe stay on time and talk to staff after patient hours
