The Dr was fine. His assistant not so much. I needed a prescription for an MRI and she told me the MRI center and any site in NJ would not take my insurance. I explained to her that I’ve had my insurance for 13 years and I’ve never had a problem especially in the state I live in. She kept telling me that my insurance was denied. I then asked for someone else to help us and that person took care of it in 30 seconds. Maybe she was new or just incompetent. Regardless, she wasn’t very nice about it. Good that she is not a doctor and just admin.
