William Arnold's Online Review Report Card

I started seeing William Aronald on Sept 9th 2022. I can lose weight but can kept it off. I really like him. He explained everything in detail. I have to have 12 visits, so I either go in office or they call me for my appointment. I was in a hurry after my 1st appointment bc I had another Dr's appointment at 3pm. (His was at 1pm). Anyways I got my 1st 2 appointments scheduled then I left. I called back Monday to set up the rest. Who ever helped me messed it up. I was expecting every Monday for a phone call. Ugh. I had a Monday, the the following week a Friday (which was yesterday then they scheduled me for Monday. (3 days later). I called yesterday and got the call service which I hate bc they are no help. They canceled my appointment for Monday. I asked if they could have the office call me bc I wanted to reschedule it. They told me no bc I had an appointment at 2pm and I could just wait. (My 12th appointment was on Nov 21st, in the hopes to have surgery the week b4 Christmas). I get an email for Dec 15th as my last appointment (3 weeks after what was suppose to be my last), then I was told I couldn't have surgery in December bc I had to go to a scottsdale hospital do to my insurance. Dr. Vinay called me shortly after all of this. I was so upset bc I had already met my deductible and was working on my out of pocket deductible. I told him I wanted my surgery in December bc of this and there was no way I could met my deductible again if I had to wait for next year. He told me that I'm doing good, trying to calm me down. Asked if I have seen anyone about weight loss b4 going to them. I did go to one place, where I was put on Wegovy 0.25mg back in June. To this day, I still haven't been able to get it. He told me to bring him the office visit notes. He's gonna try to make that one of my "visits". He said we are here to make your life easier, not harder. If I can get surgery in December, I will give them 5 's. I'll update once it gets closer to time.

In 2018, Dr Arnold performed a failed hip replacement and created a 1 1/2 inch leg length discrepancy. It was so bad, he decided to try to correct it with another complete hip replacement surgery 12 days later. I tanked, having to be in the hospital for 11 days following that surgery. I will have to wear a lift in my shoe for life. As a former healthy athlete, this could not have been a worse outcome. My warning to you is if things go wrong, Dr Arnold and Rothman will drop you like a hot potato. I still have never gotten an explanation about what went wrong. No Orthopedic surgeon will take me on as a patient because they say that my hips are such a mess, no one wants to be responsible for another bad outcome. Beware because the next person with a mistake could be you.

Dr. Arnold is patient and understanding. He will be doing my total hip replacement surgery next week. I have met with him several times and feel very confident that I am in good hands with him. I had been putting off this necessary surgery for a while, but since I've been under the care of Dr Arnold, I feel I can trust him to do the job.

Staff is always courteous and professional. I trust Dr Arnold’s honest opinion.

The doctors here are well trained and knowledgeable. I've been here multiple times and I'm a big fan of their approach. Start with the simple things and go from there. I met with Dr. Kody this past visit for my shoulder and have nothing but praise for his demeanor and plan of action. I've also met with Dr. Steer in the past and have had the same experience. A great practice with high standards. Thanks!

Dr Arnold did my knee replacement. From my first visit through my surgery and follow up care , I was more than pleased. He is caring took time to answer all my questions and a brilliant surgeon. My knee is now amazing.

Doctor Arnold made a terrible mistake with my hip replacement on May 18, 2018. The mistake was so bad, he tried to fix it on May 31, but it did not fix the 1 1/2" let length discrepancy that he created. My hospital stay was 11 days because I guess he'd now admit it was nuts to recommend the revision surgery before I healed. I asked how this happened and they insulting said, we only look forward, not backward. I never got a call from them to see how i was. I've been to 4 surgeons since who all say my hip is a mess. I have to wear a lift so i don't mess up my back. And the Rothman Institute has never called to see how I am. Shame on Doctor William Allen and Rothman Institute.

Just had a complete shoulder replacement done by Dr. Cody. The Doctor did and excellent job and am extremely pleased with the results so far. I was particularly please with the process of going in the hospital in the morning and having the operation only to go home after recovery the same day. Much preferred recovering at home than having a hospital stay. I would absolutely recommend this process.

I have nothing but awesome to say about Dr Cody. He did a wonderful job on my shoulder Several years ago I was recently struck by a truck while riding my bicycle. Dr Cody has been great helping me He has been very patient and sits down and listens to me. He inspires me to do better and work hard at physical therapy. He’s the greatest Sincerely John j Busik
