Appointments are made and reminders are sent via email and text. Office staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Swamy is knowledgeable and caring. She listens and responds with a treatment plan. Anytime I have had a problem, I email her and she responds within minutes. I appreciate the care that I am receiving from Dr. Swamy.

Dr Swamy is a good Dr with a difficult job, weeding out the pillheads just looking for pills and the patients that actually need the medication. She has been seeing me for some of my issue for almost 3 years now and she always listens to what I have to say and always looking for options. Yes we have had a disagreement or two but talked it out and came up with solutions. I have had 3 bad motorcycle accidents, 1 minor and a bad fall down a large flight of steps. We bumped heads mostly over the motorcycle which is nolonger an issue being I did have to sell due to health issues. I feel if she didn't care about her patients then she wouldn't have been upset about the motorcycle and the accidents. The office staff is awesome and always fun to talk to. If you have a problem with ANYONE there it is most likely because you came in there with a bad attitude. I like her and her staff and highly recommend them to anybody looking for a pain management clinic.

I called Dr. Swammy regarding a patient who is selling her pills and has been for years, told her that her husband just lost both of his drs weeks prior for the same thing plus drugs in his system..she asked my name and then hung up on me...I texted her n told her that the cops were aware..n then I found out later on that night that CID now knows from ANOTHER person who knows she sells her pills...then when I texted her n told her the cops were aware she wanted to call me back..nope I was trying to do the right thing n let her know but I guess the patient told her I was gonna call...of course the patient is gonna make u aware to make it look like it's a lie...karma will come along..the cops r doing a great job weeding out these doctors!! N I seen she responded to another review "this is a public forum " YES THATS THE POINT OF REVIEWS so the public can see them!

Worst doctor ever.

This is the worst doctor I have ever been to.

Dr Swamy ABANDONED ME!? SHE ANNOUNCED IM FRONT OF ALL PSTIENTS WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE YOU WERE DISCHARGED? SHE SAID SHE SENT A LETTER ,? WHEN ASKED REVEPTIONIST, WHY DID YOU CALL TO REMIND ME OF MY APT ., I EVEN PAID MY CO PAY ,? NO RESPONSE I ASKED FOR A COPY OF THE LETTER SHE REPLIED ," THE OTHRR GIRL WAS OFF NO WAY OF GETTING INTO COMPUTER MY DAUGHTER DEALS WITH THE SURGEON GENERAL& SGE IS A OFFICE MANAGER, SOMETHING SO IMPORTANT SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE had the password!? ITS been since FEBRUARY 14TH, 3019 IVE BEEN TRYING TO VRT THE LETTRR & RECORDS, NO RETURN CALL OR RECORDS? MY DAUGHTER SAUD BECAUSE SHE NEVER WROTE A LETTER!!.. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER SHE IS MISERABKE, & GOT HER DEGREE FROM SOME ISLAND ? CHECK CHROME SHE IS A TUDE IGNOTSNT INDIVIDUAL EITH NO PEOPLE UNDERSTANDING!!! SHE DIDNT EVEN SUPPLY THE MEDICINE TO GRT ME TO MU NEW DOCTOR, IM NOW SEEING A SHRINK, MY STTIRNEY IS FILING A LAW SUITE! SHE HAS BENN TREATING NUMEROUS PATIENTS WHO ARE ON OPIODES, OCY COTIN AND BENXOES, SHE WAS PUT ON THE HIT LIST FOR NEGLECT & PATIENT ABABDONMENT 😏

I was with doctor swamy for 16 years ... She listen to a person that called her and she gave out my personal information to a person that she didn't know .Well she dropped me after 15 years with her over a phone call from someone that I had problems with I want through withdraw for 2 weeks but I would not recommend any body Togo to her .
