Not actually answering their phones is a nuisance; makes for constant phone tag. I can't see where this would be time-saving or beneficial to doctors, employees or patients. Otherwise, they would get 5 stars. 😊

The ego was certainly an issue. Being misdiagnosed and offered a steroid cream would have exacerbated the problem. But hey, that would have meant endless visits ... good for her. Bad for me. Discharged.

Dr. Pfingsler is very kind and helpful and is the only doctor in the tri county area that treats severe hyperhidrisis via Botox injections. She makes sure you are comfortable and always asks and answers questions to the best of her ability. Her staff (Danielle especially) is extremely knowledgeable and seem to really care about helping and making you feel better.
