She is a wonderful, thoughtful, amazing, intelligent doctor. She discovered something that other neurologist havent. I have been going to neurologists since I was ten. She truly cares also. I cannot thank her and her staff enough. Unfortunately, I can't take them with me when I leave... bummer. Thank you so much! Yep, still wish I could somehow get to Dubois.

Everyone was very nice! Brennan, the Nurse, was amazing! Dr. Palatna was outstanding! What a kind, caring, wonderful doctor! I can't say enough wonderful things about her! She is a gem, a treasure!!

Dr. Palatna has helped me tremendously since i was diagnosed 14 years ago with MS. She cares about every patient I've talked to. She has an endless plethora of knowledge in neurology! She doesn't just put band-aids on things, or throw endless medicines at you. She works very hard and diligently on what can work best for you, she has ALWAYS made sure medicines work right for me, follows up on ANY and ALL concerns I have, big or minute. She has come to visit me at all my hospital stays, followed up with me personally by phone on some instances (which is un-heard of these days!) and genuinely cares. I've never felt rushed or like I was in a cattle shoot in her office, all her staff are pleasant and friendly and work equally efficiently. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone seeking REAL help with their ailments and medical problems! Thank you Dr. Palatna, for all the years of care you've given to me! I've heard only 5-star reviews from other patients of yours throughout my journey!! You're an angel! : )

PLEASE do not go here. If you love yourself and your family. They will make you feel like a burden, after finding out you're diagnosed with MS. When you're scared because you keep having allergic reactions and they refuse to see you. Eventually you will get scared enough to contact them, that you will just suffer through it. If you have MS, please go to a doctor in Altoona, PA (if you're local). They took the time to properly care for my mother and get her to feeling physically and mentally better. I begged her, for a long time, to go to her current doctor, and she thanks me everday.

She is very thorough and really cares about your health. She noticed something in my bloodwork that my PCP would of never looked for and helped take care of it. I HIGHLY recommend her. She can just look at you and tell something that can be wrong with you. Her staff is excellent.

Horrible bed side manners, did not bother to listen or talk with my husband stated test were order would receive phone to set up appointment never received call for called back no test were ordered. Never in to speak with, never clarified any th ing...never again

My wife has been a patient of hers since Doctor Kratz has retired.my wife found her to be very careing and through .shes fantic. Now my wife has to go back to make another appointment to see her.we have to travel about 1 hr and 30 min. Cant wait to see them all as they all are great down there.

Dr. P complained about being so busy,not having time, she dismissed me as a patient, person, and human being. She complained loudly about me & would not listen to my concerns. She told me that she wasted 8 years trying to treat me.
