Excellent! Dr. B has a very good rapport with his patients and will spend as much time answering questions as necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend his skills to anyone.

A big mistake. Once the initial visit is finished you become a number on the assembly line. Somewhere the ball was dropped in my case. Dr. Batchelet gives the impression he is listening to your concerns, however, the focus isn't on what is being said. If I had to do it over I would have gone to another doctor.

I have had surgery on both eyes and have seen Dr Batchelet and Dr Hancox, they are wonderful and so very caring. My vision is great and I would recommend them to everyone. The entire staff that I have dealt with are also great, they have helped me have very good experiences with my surgeries and follow up appointments. I cannot say enough good tings about them, they are great.

I had several pre-op and post-op appointments with Dr. Batchelet related to the cataract surgeries that he performed on both eyes. The surgeries were comfortable and a total success. He is a very professional, caring, and competent doctor. I appreciated the clear explanations he offered and willingness to answer my questions. He is a warm, personable, patient-focused gentleman who gives you confidence in making medical decisions based on his genuine guidance and knowledge of best practice.

Like many, I had a real fear of cataract surgery. The fear was unfounded as the procedure and recovery were painless and the results were fantastic. I had not realized how poor my vision had become and was very depressed over the recent loss of my wife of 46 years. The day after surgery I began to notice how pretty the flowers were and how bright and cheerful the world now appeared. This surgery gave me wonderful sight and allowed me to see beyond my depression and embrace daily beauty.

Was lied to and provided a pharmaceutical eye drop that caused me to see eye floaters on a regular bases. I switched Dr's immediately after being treated very unprofessionally when questioning the pharmaceutical treatment and diagnoses.

I saw Dr. Batchelet one time for a dilated exam. He also noted drooping eyelids. I found him to be very efficient, cheerful and explained everything out to me. Answered any questions I had. And, yes, I would recommend him to family and friends.
