I love Dr. Lavelle. She explains everything to me in language that I can understand. She is very caring about my whole person and how I am doing in life in general. She listens to what I tell her and gives me the tests that I need. She's friendly, always with a smile, and just makes me feel better by seeing her. She always gets the right medicine combination to take care of my problems, especially pain.

I saw Dr. Lavelle for a few years. She was wonderful. I loved her. I wish her the very best in life.

I called this office for my mother who was having a severe flare up with her rheumatoid arthritis and there policy is that the dr doesn't have to get back to you for 24-48 hours?? The staff can't relay a message that is very important. She can't stand because of the flare up and I already had her to the ER and they did nothing and said to follow up and talk to her arthritis dr but they won't get back to me and this is the first time they didn't get back to her

So far I have seen Dr. Lavelle twice and so far I really love her. She is so attentive and caring. She also knows her stuff! I haven’t been to a doctor like her in years. I really hope to continue having such a good rapport with her. I highly recommend her.

Not efficient at calling in my medication from mail order pharmacy. I have to keep calling her office and checking with mail order to see if she called in the medication. Very disappointed!

Very please with the service. I have gotten good care for my problems.

Dr. Lavelle took time and listened to my symptoms, giving me the correct diagnosis that I needed. She helped come up with a plan that worked for me to treat my illness, even though I was terrified of the diagnosis. I'm still new to this, but she treats me as I should be treated. I am the one who has to live with this and the treatment. She includes me in the decisions, which as an RN, I can tell you, not many doctors do. While you may wait a while, she gives you all of the time you need with her

Good doctor, friendly...bad with time management. Waited 2 hours for her at my last appointment. I have called several times for test results that I needed I'm still waiting a month later. She did find a correct diagnosis when others failed. The frustration is with wait times and not following up.

I love the way she takes her time with you. She has never tried to rush through the appointment. She's always willing to try something else if one thing did not work. I have recommend her to friends and co-workers. There is not one thing I can say that I do not dislike about her. But many that I can say why I like her. She is an awesome doctor. To bad there are not more doctors out there like her.

This is an excellent dr and facility. They take time to listen and get to the root of your problem. They put me on meds that have given me relief. My only complaint would be how booked they are. It is hard to get follow up visits. However, I can understand as they are good and word of mouth has built up their practice.
