Dr O'Connor is amazing

Most amazing doctor I ever came across ! He needs more than 5 stars !

My mother-in-law Bernadette is a patient of Dr. Oconnor and is very pleased with his service He listens and deliver the best care possible Bernadette has seen Dr. Oconnor for the past 20 years for her pain management. I would highly recommend him for my pain management

I had been a patient of Dr O’Connor for years and never had the need to call him after hours but on one occasion I was in Rochester and had one of the worst migraines. I was vomiting non stop for 6 hours and called him for an antiemetic.. he was very cold on the phone and wouldn’t help me..I was so dehydrated.. he told me I wasn’t. My sister took me to the Er and said I was dehydrated and my BP was low.. what good us having a doctor that abandons you?? My new Doctor is always there for me!

Dr. O ‘Connor is very knowledgeable and caring. He spends time explaining medications and why or why now he is prescribing them. Always makes you feel comfortable when discussing medical or personal issues with him.

This is Rude doctor, don’t have manners! I was recommended by family member said he is exerllent. However, I am disappointed after first time visit! When I first time visited his office in collegeville, he came in the room with no introducing himself and 0 interaction, plus with handful of Red Bull dink and his personal phone. I don’t even know he is doctor and asked him is doctor o’conor? The whole time probably 30minutes while with me this new patient, he was drinking Red Bull and texting personal cell phone while dionose, I was interrupted by his cell phone while talking. I think this is very rude, I have never seen any doctor doing like that! Totally no professional manner! After visiting, the scheduler called me to reschedule. I called back ask for Alicia many times with every time the other receptionist asking my date of birth without name, it makes me so uncomfortable. I was refused and asking for Alicia, the receptionist so rude, she will not transfer the phone except telling her my birth of date! I finally dropped the phone never call back. Listen, I will not give my birth of date to anyone who is not the one are going to schedule my appointment! Rude from doctor and receptionist, I don’t think they have the ability to keep new patients. Plus, I did not see doctor O’Connor any special or standing out by other GI doctor, if you are new or existing patients, I recommend don’t go back to this one. For a month I could not get in touch with him, seems the practice he was with was closing. It took his fiancée, who works at the same hospital to give him a message from me for him to call me back. I was told by him I think you want something to be wrong with you.

I read a negative comment about Dr. Oconner. The man didn't clean his bowel properly and blamed it on the Doctor. Its the patient's fault. I found Dr. O'Conner to be a very caring , intelligent doctor who patiently discussed in detail a plan of action along with two other doctors as to how tot reat my colon cancer. I would recomend Dr. O'conner to anyone who needs his services.

I have been seeing Dr. O'Connor for over 10 years and he is the best. I don't know the other folks, but the bowel prep requires one to follow the simple rules that are clearly written out. He has always responded to my calls and takes his time to explain everything. He listens and he cares!!!

This Dr is extremely thorough and professional. He takes the time that many other Drs do not. He explains exactly what is going on. Then the professionalism ends. It is very difficult (if not impossible) to work with the Einstein employees who support these offices. It seems that nothing is coordinated between them, it requires many frustrating calls and much wasted time, to finally get any type of answer. It is not just with O'Connor's Office, it is in the entire Einstein system. A shame, with such a beautiful new Hospital, I'll be surprised if they're still open in 5 years.
