Referred for eye exam and check on an eye procedure I had last year in another state. The staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. I was very satisfied with Dr. Gotchel - he was very thorough and professional in his exam and explaining what I needed to watch for in the future. Would definitely recommend.

I have seen Dr. Gotchel several times both for removing metal splinters from my eye and for an eye condition. He has provided excellent service every time. I have recommended him to many people over the years.

Not the right provider for me. Disinterested and unhelpful. Said he could not do anything to help me so why should I return though they schedule another visit. Told me he" believed me"when I was suffering and frustrated. I am not a hypochondriac and I go when there is an issue. Saw him at least 4-6 times but just can't go back. He did not get to know my history no matter how many visits I went.
