My sister, your patient, visited California. Same last name, Exposed to Covid on the plane. Tested positive. Called your office, was told can’t help. She was told to go to a web site. Your office was unaware that your patient is blind. Drs can’t prescribe across state lines. All but your office know this is false, Covid is a national emergency,, drs can prescribe from one pharmacy to another out of state. my Ca doctor did prescribe for her. Please update charts if you keep them. Maybe help the staff understand federal policy. I called, was told your staff is under review for training. I am not the first to be concerned

Great doctor but felt as if we were being rush through & felt aggression about vaccines towards my child which we never experienced with any of my children precious drs. Knowing boundaries with parents is a key thing.
